my CAD5 basket took a long here and is already in profits. Looking good.

hi,
Here a short position on JPY7,

button add active,

EA send 5 adds => opening 24 short trades.

ea show -0.83 on result, i've close all JPY => result +52

possibly to have the result calculate on all positions? i think it's take only one for each pair.

Looks good! Are you riding the JPY7 down? Its up 750+ pips since the downward trend started on the 4th. Sorry... I did not look further down the thread before I posted this. Well I guess you are.

Dude, please no offence but how do you read all that? Life is really simple and so is trading with this outstanding EA

Yes, I'm still in the jpy7 and I could kick myself in the a** that I made my risk smaller yesterday. But well, there are not only winning trades, so I needed to.

I'm still in the C5 short, too. This will get more profit or close within the coming night, I guess. We'll see.

I think you need more indicators.

I'm out unfortunately.
I thoughtt that the price will go up and i've closed manualy the position.
Now i understood that it's better to let the EA to do its job.

How much trust do you or would you put in using the correlation baskets from the BT CS EA?

Forgot to mention something else that was added to version 21:

To stop a possible trade because of a spike or what not, the EA now looks for 10 consecutive signals in the same direction before it will enter a trade.

This may seem like a lot, but in computer cycles it is small.

The reason I mention it now is I just had a case where the Spread was bouncing in and out of the red and it looked like it should be taking a trade but it wasn't, then I remembered this, after the spread settled down and stayed white, the trade popped of.

It is possible this small delay could happen on other trades, so just be aware of it, it may just save you from a bad trade.

I only trust as far as I can see, and that isn't far.

Your on your own with the heat map, its just like any other indicator, they always look good in the past but we don't have a time machine or a Broker that will let us trade in the past, we can only trade trade on the right edge of the chart.

Seller, have you banned single pairs from your EA in ver.21?

When i try to put it on single pair, it says that it can't find my basket and refuses to start,

Good morning,

in the past minute, the JPY7 finally closed. In sum, this trade made me 731 pips (together with the original entry what I closed at monday while changing position size). I call that awesome.

Opened a long in the same minute.

I'm not very confident, that long is a good idea here but losses are part of trading. I'll stay in and wait.

I'm with you on that analysis. Looks like a re-trace. hopefully C5 goes on a retrace also. Trade still open.

Hi to all,
It seems that the GMT time(our each GMT time location) has some importance to the chart. (it estables when the 4h candel will stat and close in comparation with how each market starts and close)
Is it possible to set another GMT time then your GMT time location on the chart? Or the only possibility is to change your broker with one from another GMt time location...or change the chart TF
I'm saying this because comparing above mpillmann chart with mine attached(we have the same setting posted by roger- thank you roger for shearing with us your findings), he was got out from the ride while base on my chart i would ride it on...
Maybe we also should find which is the best GMT time to have on our chart and be able to customize it.

You are right, every chart above 1 hour is effected by timezones.

I'm trading with Oanda Europe, which uses UTC -4 as default timezone. So my trade closed at 06:00 mesz, what is UTC+2 or 0:00 at UTC-4.
In mt4 we can actually not change the timezone, so we have to take it.
I do not know, if its possible to manipulatevtge charts behavior with the basket creating script. On the other hand, it works like it is for the most of us. Just hard to compare charts.

Anyway, at the moment the long jpy7 dont look bad. That for sure makes my short c5 a loser. In sum it will be one of my best weeks ever. We'll see.

I am playing around with the IXO 1 & 2 values in the EA, but no matter what values I put, the values on both the indis and the main screen indicate 400 and 800.

Tried to remove the EA, attach it again to the chart and change values, no luck.
Tried to stop the robot, load a settings file with different values, no luck.

Can anybody point out if I am overlooking something/doing something wrong ?
