A sustainable move up won't happen with such sellers, if we go up it won't go far

ATR doesn't really mean anything, but your point is valid, GBP vol is just so incredibly low

Red line is prior 1 month volatility, it is 2.95 vol points which is lowest ever!

Implied volatility for the next month is 4.95, not quite the lowest ever, but bloody close.

Intraday sentiment still up and we are probably going to see test of 1.3784(38.2% fibo) before we see another leg down.

May be at todays high but the bulls look strong so a further BO should take it close to 1.3800 imo.

GU is very tempting to short.

It seems both eu and gu are getting late buyers in before a potential fall.

With Euro elections next month I anticipate push up then sharp selling.Lot of EZ member states are disgruntled with high unemployment like Greece ,Spain,Italy.Portugal,Cyprus and we could see discussions of getting out of EZ zone.
In short not exactly an impetus for Bulls.This being forex I anticipate stops taken out on top before falling.
Have limit shorts waiting starting from 38 but may enter earlier.

GU looks very tempting at the supply TL not far away, but maybe will break it, again a strong move up.

Last 20days ADR is 65 3698 was NY close. 3743 now still has some legs up but getting close to 3760 which could top out today.
