Thanks for the analysis. I got out of it for 22 pips lost and im glad I did because it starting flying lol. I have been studying charts and tms for like 10 hours. I see all the issues I was having and it was easy to sort.

Obviously, I use the boxes for a different purpose than breakouts. I leave them on my chart all the time, even when backtesting, because I am only interested in seeing the beginning and end of each session and the high and low set by each session. It is just a quick reference guide to see how price moved within each session. I can see at a glance what happened each day and each session. I downloaded them many years ago from a breakout thread here on FF but I cannot recall the name of the thread.

Sorry Mate...I am away from the forum and didn't see your message...I hope someone has informed you how to add or check the weekly ADR...if not just click the weekly TF and go to the indicator and click average true range and then put the range you want to check...like I used 52 weeks...which is a year...to get the 214.

A system is a system. It is up to you to tweak the system to the way you trade.
Everyone here has their own version of TMS and it is working for them

In terms of the template, the first few pages of this thread has a guy named 'numbers' or something and he posted the original templates and I used them. However, now I have dean Malone TDI indicator and PAC instead.
I still trade the original way, I just like the added confirmation the PAC can provide me the other lines in the TDI which the original thread owner does not use.

Again, I use the original system, but I have 'tweaked' it by using the full TDI and using a PAC instead of a single MA line.

The original thread owner did say the MA was not too important for his decisions so therefore I went with the PAC instead of the MA.

Dean Malone TDI is the same as the original except it has more lines in it. I care only about the green crossing the red but I like to see what the other lines are doing too.

take only the best setups and that will be the best way to increase win rate

Even quiting my pro - channel trades early, still managed 4% to account

Currently short on AUDCHF, but will watch closely

NU +44 pips
CHFJPY +120 pips
NZDCHF +60 pips
CADCHF -30 pips this one isn't going anywhere.

The reason I am asking is because your pic is the same as panupat on price action that matters and you mentioned this thread on that thread when i asked for it (I am aujla from babypips)

Could you please tell me your reasoning for the NZD short you just took.

I can see its against a strong up trend.

Did you take it because the red candle closed below the low of the previous blue candle?
