Don't open an account with IC Markets, they don't honor withdrawal requests, i have submitted a withdrawal request one week ago but they refused to send me my money, do you know guys where i can file a complain?

First chek how much is minimum withdrawal amount for exsample etoro is 20 $.
20-200 is 5 $ fee and can take 7 days.

Please provide us more info regarding your discussion with IC market reps. Only then, we can assist you with withdrawal. In case you are not satisfied with rep, escalate your issue to higher management. Often it leads to satisfactory conclusion.

Probably find that the OP panicked about nothing or it was his fault. That is usually the case with these people who come on here crying SCAM.

Or he ran into the Bonus Ghost. Many brokers offer startup bonuses but the small print always limits the withdrawals to a certain minimum balance.

I have been with ICMarkets for a long time and have never had any problems with withdrawing funds.

The OP is failed to provide details about his statement regarding ICMarkets. Impeaching a broker without giving any proof/details is not desirable.

I get my money in my bank the next day after withdrawal request - the last one was for 8k a couple of weeks ago. No issues with this highly regulated broker

You do not pay taxes in Australia. You have to pay the tax in your country in South America.

I have tried out ICMarkets. The good is their tight spreads and commissions but the bad thing is that the order execution takes between 2-4 seconds during peak times (I am in Europe). Any idea what could be done about it (and no, it's not because of my connection)?

Otherwise is there another broker with ECN accounts and tight spreads and low commissions suitable for people trading from Europe?

I find it amusing on their website they have FXCM, Lmax, Dukascopy, IB etc listed under "our intergrations" but in their forums the brokers listed are 4 or 5 random brokers. So another words they talking shit

Hi masterofpepe,

The average execution time in icmarkets seldom crosses 1 second, let alone 2-4 seconds that you are experiencing. I've been trading with them for more than a year now and my execution speed averages around 250- 300 ms. Please contact their support and get it rectified ASAP.
