You mean like this? I think there will be a false break above 100 SMA (blue line) to take out stops.

no, its that candle before that one you market.
An inverted hammer coming off BRN 1.8400 and some traders will tell us its is bounce off 200EMA and go long.

Thank you for your comments Arete. I've been taking lessons from Bizzle on H4 trading, so its down to him really, he told me to only move to BE at 50 pips on H4 and it didn't quite reach it so I left it because nothing else on H4 was looking very bearish.

But they do not have a Composite Currency Chart like the one I have. You don't find it in FF. It is trading using the composite currency strength. Not those basket trading discussed here in FF. And Basket trading is common.

Sorry you are right. And I had removed the 200 MA for some reason. Lot going on in that chart PA + 100/200SMA + Inside bar!

Basket trading is very common, but using the indicators developed there it takes all the currencies you want to trade into one chart to trade it, how is that different to a composite?This is what you said

GJ is sideways but range is good for some H1 trades.
169.30 is a swing level and was play last week.

As have I, he re installed confidence in 4hr for me, i spent far to long working on 1hr when 4hr was less time consuming and "simpler"

Ok i shall bare that in mind in future on faster moving pairs and give them more space, mentality is still my weakness, but getting there.

If 169.70 goes i see plenty of space upwards, Depends on GU channel holding though.

Will look for re entry at a lower price.

When you do not know anything about what composite currency strength is, please go do some online research then we can talk further.

Basket trading does not require a composite currency strength, one can trade several currenccies using TMS as the method and manage all the trades as a basket or a pool of trades and take profit using equity balance as the target. MPTM EA does all the basket management in this way.

I agree thats how you COULD trade baskets, what my point is that in the thread I pointed out, they don't trade that way, they developed an indicator to make offline charts that if you want to trade for instance jpy as the currency, takes all the jpy currencies you want to trade, as you had in your picture, and you trade 1 chart, either buy or sell entirely dependant on that one chart, made up created using the price of each of the seven JPY pairs, they then use mptm or other EAs to manage the trades so yes basket trading can be done differently but they don't.

Emmanuel, bounce trade testing. Short ECAD for +25 pips. I entered 1 candle too late. TDI started curving upward so I closed it out.

i see a valid sell trade ... CONTINUATION setup.
But that bounce off RN 1.5350 is 'breaking my heart now'... profits eroding away...

You will want to cut this discussion because you have offered a sneak preview of something your group of traders have come up with, that has actually been done and traded in the other thread since 2012 so its not exactly new and if people want to do it, which is actually a very good way of trading they can go to that thread and take a look.
