{quote} Yes, sometimes. it depends on where each pair is in its trend and where the others are that you put into the basket. if they are pullbacks that's ok, just wait for it to come out of it and continue with its trend. I try to find the pairs that appear to be at the beginning of a trend. Sometimes its a hit or miss thing. I tend to over think things and spend a few hours a day trying to find the perfect basket. Here is one that is coming out of a pullback, eurusd and eurjpy. Its only a two pair basket. sometimes the smaller baskets work better....

I am using a two pair basket with the PO set, TP @ 90 pips and TSL @ 160. Its on the Daily chart so I will set back and watch and wait. I manually found this pair going through each single daily chart to find the best matches. I was using the BT_CS EA to find my baskets and it just was not good enough. As Casyopea had discovered there was some up trends badly trending in the oppisote direction and the same for the down side. I had the same issues and just starting hunting for myself.

Is anyone else noticing that the spread indicator in v20 is somewhat erratic?
Mine seems to jump constantly from very low (1) to very high (60,70,80,90+) continuously on most of the baskets. There are no news events and as I type the AUD basket spread is jumping all over the place on a daily chart. The CAD, CHF GBP baskets etc are all doing it.
Using Global Prime as my broker.
Had not noticed this prior to v20.

EDIT:-
I have just added a spread indicator to my normal pairs and it appears the spread indicator in the EA is being multiplied by a factor of 10 as the spread for each pair varies from 0.5 to 1.8 yet the EA is showing 70+

Seller9,

Is there a reason why GBPNZD is not included in the GBP or the NZD baskets?
I have added them to my baskets so now all the related baskets have 7 pairs driving them.
Also for me personally I have retyped the order of the pairs in each txt file so that they appear in alphabetical order on the chart. I find this helps me to see what each cross pair is doing and also easily enables me to reverse pairs in the same basket eg the EURAUD and the GBPAUD in the AUD basket.

Not only is the spread 'red' - there is no smiley face so at a guess I would say that 'Expert Advisors' is not set correctly either.

Hi everybody!

There has been mentioned, that we do only show the winning trades. And I think, that has a reason. I, for me, would show my explorer but its kind of useless, cause I did a lot of manual trading in the past years in this account and its my "educational account" so its a big loss.

But the winning trades show working setups. For sure not in every condition, as of sideways ranging markets. But in trending conditions, we can hunt a ton of pips.
So I show, what I'm in at the moment.
Its C14 and C5, both decisions to enter come from H4 charts in addition I have the daily charts open. For the H4 charts alone, both have been early entrys but the daily shows, it can be the beginning of a trend here.

And the last one is a single pair. GBP/NZD, I like to trade this one for its high volatility. Useless to trade this in shorter than H4 timeframe, but the H4 works good for me. It just need a relative high stoploss.

For all trades is one rule: Trailingstop until the SL is at breakeven. From that point, I manage the stoploss myself. I'll take a look every couple hours and set it new. I'll never bring it down. If the trade comes back to SL, I get out, if not, I'm fine.

Patience is the key. So somehow, this three trades hunt my mondays and tuesdays losses from around 900 pips for entering trades automatically in jpy7 15 min, c14 15 min, c14 1 hour, c5 15 min. All in the wrong direction.

Yesterday I decided to stop everything below H4 and since that, my trades look good.

Last to mention, for this year, I'm in the loss for around 8000 pips. Another EA before this one got me to that. So shell I reallys show the explorer? Its kinda useless.

And now, one whish to seller9... would it be possible, to show the pips as a summary for the running trades, instead of the dollar/euro amount? For each trade and the summary, that would be nice. I don't want to see money. I trade for pips. The money change, if the position size change. The pips keep always pips.

Kind regards and successful trading
Markus

Take a look in a higher timeframe and search for a resistance level above your trade. This trade looks good and I would try to manage it for longer, depending, what 1h or 4h TF say. If it continue like this, you'll not find a good exit in 15 minute timeframe. IMHO. If you do, you give back a lot of profits. Has exit or something like that.

Kind regards
Markus

The baskets included in the zip file are just a starting point, you can create what ever baskets you want.

Good Luck

For anyone who is trading on the higher tf, this is a nice setup to go short once the pa bounces off the HAS. I beleive it will because most of the pairs have topped out on the daily charts and have already reversed. It could be a long ride down on a daily or 4h chart. Check it out! I will be catching this wave down!
There could be 700 to 1000 pips sitting here for the taking.
