FREAKING GERMANS! They really now how to ruin and good party don't they? Well I still got my GU running. It came so close to hitting my Breakeven of 30 pips in profit before tanking. I'm not going to watch the bloodbath any longer. Set it & forget it! Cya you guys at 8am. Hopefully GU will have had a change of heart by then and I will be up 100 pips profit in my account when I wake up.

Candle pulled right back. Find it difficult to go long on GU / H4 due to Daily chart (thought now on 5th APB and might be consolidating. Also 61.8% fib level.

Yeah the news was a total bummer in the short-term. I'm still looking for the pairs to hit their 100 PIP TP. It just may take a day or two. I don't look at the daily's when trading. I just stick to the 4hr charts for my entries and exits. It's paid off really well so far for me by doing that. Get going G pairs RISE! RISE! RISE! Ideally I should have entered the GJ trade to because the Tokyo session was open and neither London or NYC were open so the GU trade will take longer to deliver pips. So committed a noob mistake on my part there.

I only have 26 pips on the line in GU so thats nothing to lose sleep over if my SL is trigger. However lets stay positive! The universe loves us. GU to the MOON!

Hi everybody,

I don't want to split hairs but just want to make sure about one thing.

I am trading TMS on the 4HR time frame (I am studying as33156's way of trading).

I want to know how you guys defines a TDI green over red cross. I know Big E said he liked to see a clear and definite cross, so i assume he made a visual assessment on whether the cross actually happened. Sometimes it happens that you get a cross of green over red which is not necessary visible on the chart itself but if you look at the Data Window and compare the RSI Price Line with the Trade Signal Line you will see there's a difference in values (sometime a very small difference) and thus a cross has actually happened. Is this way of looking for a cross too technical or not?

Hi mor707, Others may have a different opinion but to me you are splitting hairs. If the eye can't see a TDI cross then I'd wait until it can. But a TDI cross in and of itself is not a reason enough to take a trade. The angle of the cross is just as important as Big E noted - for a long aim to get a clockface angle of between 12 and 2 and short between 4 and 6. This indicates good momentum and gives a better chance of the trade working out. Also I like to look at the MBL to asses market sentiment, is it above 50 or below, pointing up or down etc. I know Big E said he didn't use the TDI in the same way as Dean Malone the originator of the TDI, nevertheless, if you haven't already done so, I'd recommend you head over to compassfx where Dean has dozens of excellent videos on the TDI and many other aspects of trading which are freely available. EURAUD week 13 H4:

Wait for a higher timeframe reversal before you decide to swing long. Counter-trend on H4 has its risk.

Please can someone enlighten me whether there is an APB or Heiken Ashi substitute (or how to improvise one) in Android version of MT4 platform as custom indicators cannot be used in it.

i had two trades opened during the weekend.

eur/usd was closed at BE as i thought it would be risky as the bullish trendline was broken on daily chart. so closed at two pip profit.

the second trade was eur/jpy which bagged me 69 pips.

Wow seems like the market went crazy while I was sleep. GU came 2 pips away from hitting my SL. But now it's in the green so I closed it for 10 pips profit The universe loves me!

H4 EA trade taken on close of CS.

Strong red CS, and closed below Resistance zone.

Expecting a pullback to around 1.5125-5130 before resuming move down to retest 1.5000. Which is initial TP.
