This pattern is meaningless because it doesn't take place at any significant level, one can look at charts all day long and find every well traded candle pattern known to man but they don't start to mean a thing unless they are in an area of significances which I can see on your chart.

looking at a nearest spinning top candle(7th-5th before the current one) from your chart I notice that it failed to build a reversal, but it can also be a bearish rejection as it cannot make higher close than 1.3810 line.

I believe what I'll be watching for in the next few hours is for price to drop the 1.3785- 80 area then a sign of a reversal up to the 1.3845-55 area.

What do you all think?

MF big short sellers killed bear by second day sell off. Totally unnecessary.
They need a big leg to kick out of market. Those idiots are the biggest problem for bear movement.

I'm not sure anyone can call a round number ie 1.3800 an insignificant level. I am watching for a st bull BO. The chart patterns can give hints of direction early, even at insignificant levels.

EUR/USD
Down trend persists. Volumes on top 1.3880-3930 more than current levels, so I do not rule update 1.3748. In general, I consider today corrective movement within the zone of accumulation 1.3760-3800. While there is no entry points, possibly with the formation of large volumes of near 1.3820-3845 I'll open short positions with a stop at 1.3880.
