this is the NEW explorer, the last one was blown out due to my stupidity, read the full thread to understand why.

OK, so this system is fairly basic, i am adding a trade explorer of my demo account to this,

demo account is copying orders from a live account, so its not a problem , earnings are ratio and percentage wise.

my money management is - 1 microlot for each 40$ in capital ( i violated my own rule, paying the price for it now!)

its a basic MA system design to get busted in choppy markets

You are free to wait and watch for the choppy markets, to see if it makes money in that market or not.

The live account that is connected to this demo account, has been trading like this for last 2 years, and it has made 15000 pips profit
so i will take my chances with that

the system as i have seen and explained to me is -

money remains constant in market, it just moves from one asset class in one country to another

he simply follows the return each asset class is giving in major markets of the world. and with this, he has able to trade with a very high degree of success

he has many computers and screens showing risk to reward ratio of each asset class, based on that he is able to see where the money is moving,

that is what he told me. and i dont' know if its right or not, but the setup and the profit i see, + the profit i was able to replicate in my demo account , i WANT to believe him, even if he's lying to me. because he makes $ for me, so called smart money managers don't.

Profit is what you have in your own pocket. Unless you are trading live, you aren't making any profit.

i know, that is why i am going to start copying these trades in my live account from tomorrow as well

hopefully, it will make some good $ for me.

this is a demo account, for you all to copy and pick holes in trades if you like,

i am looking at total return, thats all.

a few more trades were closed down, booking profit

it has generated 4% profit in 6 hours ( closing of trades)

hopefully system will generate some more cash today


total equity 2078$ on capital of 10,000$ ( includes floating loss balance) , profit booked is around 2400$ approx, 24%

I think it will lose in a trend when it has opened positions the other way. It seems to pyramid losing positions. You will need much more than $10000. Maybe wrong. My system is similar but i dont open another position for at least 300 pips. Anyway i will watch this from the sidelines as im a fan of pyramids.

there is a limit of 27 lots right now ( 1 microlot, for every 40$ in capital)

so the positions won't add up, at least not as a pyramid you are assuming it to be.
however, i will surely try to keep an eye on leverage etc being used to make sure, i dont' increase risk.

also, you are just seeing this account , i have seen the live one, it has made over 15000 pips in last 1.5 years approx

so i would take my chances this time

unfortunately my tradecopier somehow got hung, so it did not copy trades of last few hours
live account itself had added 130 pips today

Holy grail? The Trade Explorer has only been open a couple of weeks, and all of the currently open trades are in red ink. I'll decide after it's been open for a couple of years, if that's OK.

As we can see here, around 33% of accounts on br0ker files show profit. But very few of these traders remain profitable for multiple quarters in succession, as John Forman's research shows. So 1–3 month's trading represents beginner's luck; while 12–24 months' performance, ideally with a minimum of 1,000 trades across changing markets, is starting to show something much more meaningful.

Markets — on any given fractal — go through different phases: ranging (consolidation), then breakout, possibly into a trending phase, then either indeterminate, or back into consolidation. The best that any system can hope for is to maximize its gains during one of these phases, and then avoid losing these profits when a phase that's unfavorable to the system occurs.

this particular trade explorer is open for 2 weeks, however, the live account i am copying it from, is open for about 2 years, with a profit of 16000 pips.


current open trades are in red, they will always be red, because the ones which go in blue will have their profits booked.
i have used the correct leverage that is why it is at a manageable risk

Based on the equity curve and trade history it is clear that this is a grid based system that operates on martingale principles. In other words, it is guaranteed to blow out any account over the long term and most accounts over the short and medium term.
