I can't believe I missed the long signal on GBPUSD That would have been some easy money and could have exited before news.

Really appreciate and like your contribution here. I just wanna ask one favour please, if it would not burden you to much. Could you please try and include a screenshot whenever you refer to a specific setup or trade.
As far as the GU setup you mentioned, is it this one shown below?

GBPCAD would have been good, well any CAD's as CAD has been selling off this week.

Looking back the last two days on EURJPY-H1 and EURAUD-H1 with this nice moves - where I couldn't trade because of work - I was a little bit annoyed on todays massive sideways action Putin produced yesterday by a WRB.

My long attempt on EURAUD was not very effective.

But on the "backup" currency GBPUSD H1 I got a good long entry shortly after LO and enough time before the news.
2nd trade short on the afternoon on break of the pullback from yesterdays high with steep TDI PL reentry into the VBs.

Catched about 53 pips in total at this exhausting day.

It is the mtf heiken ashi indicator

Hi Seniors,
As some one advised, I created a template having TDI, HA candles with MA 5 and Stocho slope.
This works like magic on FX DD.
But I was trying to test the template on other Brokers' platforms.
When I install the template, I get ONLY HA candles with MA 5, without TDI and Stoch Slope.
Am I missing something or am I making some mistake/s?
I just want a single Template having TDI, HA Candles with 5 MA and Stoch Slope, so that I do not have to install different indicators, every time, I change broker ...

Such choppiness... no good trades today. AJ -28, EA +2. I'll just leave em alone for now and see what happens tomorrow.

Hi

Do you have the stoch slope & TDI indicators pasted inside your indicators folder? if not go into mql4 click on experts folder, click on indicators folder, then drop/paste those two inside..

then close your platform and open it back up. then use the template and they all should appear on your screen. best of luck

The UJ trade is looking decent right now. I decide to use batch take profit orders for the first time because of this news event that could cause it to spike really high.

Guys,
When you copy a new indicator to the indicators folder, you don't need to close the platform and re-open it.
You can just open the metaeditor (click F4), choose any indicator and double click it, then click "Compile" or F7.

That's it.

GU hit TP 40 pips. Entered when price broke the low of a pin bar. It went up almost to my SL before falling all of a sudden. Didn't expect such big move.

Not so lucky with AJ, it hit my SL -50 pips.

EA is stuck in a sideway move going between 0-30 pips. I'll treat this one as channel experiment, so will let it run till either SL or TP hit.
