OK, a couple of things going on here, as this EA was not originally built for single pairs there are a couple things that got missed.

1) TP and SL lines are on the chart as shown below but way off, when missing check the objects list to find them. I will fix this in version 20.

2) When using entries 2,3,4, as you are, they require HAS, IXO1, and IXO2, setting any of these to "0" does not remove them from the equation, as you can see in the screen shot below this is what the robot sees with your settings and IXO2 can get very uncontrollable with a box size of "0". If you don't want to use IXO2 as an entry than that leaves you just entry 0 and 1 to use.

3) Also, you found one bug that I am surprised no one has run into yet as it affects baskets also. There is a typo in the code that when you are using IXO1 as an exit it is also using IXO2 as an exit, and since IXO2 is set to "0", this will kick you out of trades very quickly, as you can see above IXO2 is all over the place with a setting of "0".

The 2 fixes should be in version 20 due out this weekend, I hope they solve your problems.

Usually Brokers give 3 choices.
1. Micro account - high spread
2. Standart account - mostly high spread
3. Special account (VIP ect.ect.) $ 25000.00 or more account - very, very low spread
If your spread are red, mean Robot don't take a trade. Robot Input default 4 pip

If there are 2 market conditions - trend and range, this is by all standards - a trend

It would be nice to see sceens of some losses and BE's not just winners. When im done with my problems i will post some as well.

for sure, here's my crap trades this week. the reason for changing my settings. some of these are breakout trades. some got in too late, and some too early. stops were too wide and profit wasn't being taken soon enough. so i lost about $100 this week. the trades i had this morning put me at a little over break even. i modified my settings and changed my stop loss to a smaller loss. for now i'm using 1,2,3,4 entry

The BT_14 work very well with basket of line!! .. this is great!

Is impossible to use basket for scalping for the amount of spread ... It would be fantastic to use BT_14 in normal pair "on line". I have try and I have see incredible possibilities ... here the result in 20 chart (1M) in a few hours today!

** In this chart the trade is not active because I have change the timeframe with" active trade" and the AE lost part of connection with the chart.

Unfortunately there are various problem:

1. do not work TP, SL, BE, TSL
2. do not work the close with HAS_PA

 

  1. I try to use the single chart (M1) "of line" but is the same
  2. I try to create a basket with only 1 pair but the indicator do not work, the chart is empty

I found a couple other changes I needed to make to be able to use with single pair charts and that was where the BO and trend line exit lines were being placed, these will all be fixed in version 20, these do not affect how it works with a basket, only single pairs.

I am also adding a fix so when your broker doesn't allow hedging it will not get stuck in a loop trying to open the same pair more than once, but will only open the pairs that do not have the same pair already open from another EA, that is if one is a long and the other a short trade.
So if you try to open a 7 pair basket and 2 of the pairs in the basket are already open in the opposite direction the new basket will only open 5 pair.

Everyone will have to be aware of this because the chart will still consist of the 7 original pairs which the EA is watching.

If your Broker allows hedging everything should work the same as before.

Thanks for taking a look! Im glad i've contributed something to this amazing work of yours.

Regarding your point number 2, the last 2 screenshots, which show XO2 problems have their entries 2,3,4 disabled, which should eliminate XO2 at all.

If i understand correcly, you addressed that in point 3.

I am doing s massive test on about 20 single pairs set on m5 and some baskets set to m15.
Every instrument has HAS and XO1, most have XO2. The setting are handpicked for each.
The point is to make a setup, where a full automation breaks even and is stable during ranging makets. Like the one we had last month.
Taming a beast like EURCHF on m5 will ensure lean and relaxed baskets are your bitches.

The TP,SL,TSL,and BO lines have all been fixed in version 20, they were just being placed way off the screen.

I will check on the BE and make sure it is working, the lines will not appear on the chart until the number of pips you have set past BE have been reached, so it can be misleading if you don't see the lines, but I will check on it also.

Keep us posted as to how it goes.

Remember those are only entries, they do not disable the HAS or IXO exits, those you need to set to false in the properties or they will be active on all trades, even manual trades, of course the typo with IXO2 exit caused a problem so you couldn't turn it off if IXO1 exit was selected.

I am going to do a very long video tomorrow on version 20 so I can maybe explain more in detail how the EA should work and then the EA will be released this weekend.

Looks like we are getting a very nice group testing the EA and posting their results, that is really great and I appreciate it and I am sure everyone else does as well.

Time for another MT4 update to screw everything up again.

It will be great if you explain in that video for exit signal: is it preferred to be by XO and HAS or mostly by TP and SL which every trader uses by his own discretion?

For the time being im setting XO2 to a huge number (999999) so it's not crossed for sure!

I have found another one minor bug which has to deal with single pairs (i haven't tested it on baskets)

When you have an active single pair trade and change trade comment (from none to something). You get an infinite loop of alerts popping out. This is turned off by disabling alerts of changing the comment back to blank.

P.S. in your video, please touch more on Mater tp/sl BE TLS settings. How pips are calculated, what logic it uses to move to BE and TSL.
