does the extreme indicator v2 to repaint, and if so which tf's are best to use as to minimise the chances of repainting ...... thanks

Can any1 pls re-post indicator GoldSuperCycle.MQ4 and TriangleMA centered abands alert2.mq4. Ref on pages 625: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...22#post5657922.
After install and re-open mt4 and place on chart. GoldSuperCycle indicator give me only yellow no red and no aqua. And TriangleMA centered abands alert2 did not complied to ex4. Please help!

Hello Evaluator

I have been trading live since 2009, making decent profits using PA and naked charts with low leverage. Occasionally I would browse the internet and forex threads and see what new "BS" systems there are and how newbies would hunt for the holy grail and if they cant find the holy grail then they jump from strategy to strategy looking for the goose that lays golden eggs.(NO OFFENCE NEWBIES, I USE TO BE THE EXACT SAME).I have tried and tested plenty strategies using indicators and to my knowledge all of them lag and are totally useless. Eventually like myself and many other traders I found my edge threw sweat, blood and tears. I may not be making millions but as I said before "decent profits", beats loosing and blowing accounts over accounts anytime. I seen lots of threads with systems and strategies from long term, intra day to scalping. Trading is dynamic and unpredictable, no indicator or artificial intelligence can predict human nature and especially market behavior. We see the market trends in hindsight but impossible to predict the future. There are millions of ways to trade the market. BUT SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THREAD CAUGHT MY EYE. 883 pages, 2 years and 5 month and this thread is as lively as ever. I am not a fan of indicators and actually hate them with a passion. After reading a few pages and getting my head around the block I think you do have something special going on here. I would definitely give this strategy a go on a demo account a few weeks to a few months. Oh by the way congratulations on such a superb system with really good results in a long period of time.

Hey guys,
Firstly thanks to Evaluator for this excellent thread! Will be testing 4.4h this weekend, but have a question about the pending orders.
Theres just alot of information on this thread, so Im still catching up with everything and not sure if this has been answered already... after setting a pending order, do you delete it on the following candle if it is not filled? Or do you keep active it for another 2/3 candles based on your judgement? Reason I ask, is because I have seen some situations where a pending order is created, but the next candle doesnt break the previous candles high/low. But then the trend continues on the following candle?

Hey Guys,

I need alittle help here, I have a few questions to ask, Post no1 is sort of information overload, cant get my head around what is actually cooking. For those that are using this system its sort of a walk in a park. For me its just too much info to grasp all at one. Can someone please be so kind to answer these question. I would like to trade on hourly charts in the beginning and as i get a feel of the system than i can move onto lower time frames.

1) How many pairs to trade with on hourly charts?
2) What pairs are recommended to trade?
3) What are the optimized settings for the 4.4 indicator?

Just wanted to say I am liking this. I just started using the system this week, but, it is doing great!. I was down on my account (demo) trying many other ways over the past year, but now I am positive after just a few days trading. I trade 5min charts (yeah I'm a scalper at heart), but I am liking what I see. I have been lurking and reading thru this thread for a very long time (finally got thru it all), now that I'm caught up I hope we will be seeing more posts. I will start posting results soon, maybe next week. I also trade binaries and trying to adapt this to that as well. We will see if that's even possible. Anyway, have a great weekend and happy pips to all. By the way I trade NY/London as I am in the USA.

Another positive day. That's 3 in a row. Picked up 57 pips today. Total 158 pips since thursday. Happy camper here at this moment.

My latest settings are post Post 17,261 (see post #1) and should be good for all pairs.

I am trading ny open to 1 hr b4 close, which of course includes part of london.

Settings:

Sentiment 24, 52, 9
Emotion 100
Trend 55
Extreme .002, .05

Down day today, but pretty much my fault, got started late and tried to force a couple of trades. Big NO NO! -30 pips. Won't do that again. lol

Thanks Evaluator, Does the 4.4 alert on every bar? or is the a way to alert only once when all condition is met?

Dear Eva ,

I need some help here. I know for sure that this system is 1000% profitable. Because when i was unemployed i was trading 15 min chart and some trades were taken on 5 min charts , and i had good results. Now i am working all the London session so i tried to consider whole London session as one big candle. I applied settings from your last post on daily chart , because i can reach my chart only after 2 hours NY opens. And there is no opportunities on small timeframes. I have made backtesting on EURUSD from 01.01.12 till today and made only 420 pips profit and i really don't believe this for symphonie. PLEASE be so kind to instruct in how many details is possible how to trade on daily charts , i will really appreciate it , because i am sure that i am missing some points that can't figure out even after testing it on history.

Here are rules that i was using to make it easier for you to find the mistakes:

1. entry when all 4 spikes are same color , on the close of the daily candle.
2. exit when 1 spike changes colour. (most conservative)

I also tried to enter market with pending orders +30 pips of the close price on daily candle, which reduced the number of loss trades , but still no results.
Place SL below two previous candles spike .
TP i don't use fixed my profits are taken by the exit signal.

I hope this info helps you in order to determine what i am missing.

Looking great in backtests (99% profitable) and awful in live trading on ANY timeframe. how do you actually use this system profitably ? I followed exact instructions to set it up and enter/exit the trades, however it repaints on all timeframes with no exception. using the latest release (v4.4 Matrix). Basicaly you get a signal to enter a buy for example, all 4 indies the same colour and then after a few candles when the market goes a bit against your order the indies turn red signalling a sell and leaving you on negative and in a dead end with your previous position. is this why this system looks profitable 99%? because it finalises the colouring of its indicators only after the move is over. So how to use it profitably?

+72 pips on wed. Made up for the -30 pips I took on tues. +16 pips today. Was alot more but re-enterd and shouldnt have.

Symphonie Matrix 4.4 does not repaint...period. Once the bar closes the colour NEVER change. If you find you have repain problems then you are NOT using version 4.4. I suggest you go back to post 1 and follow the link to the latest version.

Second, it sound to me like you need to do some practice until you understand the functions of Symphonie. I certainly hope you are using DEMO account and not real money UNTIL you can develop a proven winning track record. NEVER TRADE A SYSTEM WITH REAL MONEY until you have mastered it.
