Anyone see the high of day in USDCNY??? At the high of day 6.1760 In the space of a week this equates to a 2.31% discount on all Chinese goods (everything im wearing and in my house lolz) If you factor in EURUSD gains in the same space its about 3.03% discount for Eurozone folks.


Add the in fact that EURUSD saw near 1.38 in February last year then plunged down to the 1.28 lows.... Next CPI print should be very interesting given the YoY currency comparisons. Same with GBP.

CNY fall will be a turbo charger for Eurozone deflation, CNY weakness is the last thing ECB need, may force them to take action at some stage, will see.

I don't think that the bull party has ended. CHFJPY has not reached it's bull targets. Many are yet to be reached. The market has two tools for bulling CHFJPY. Buying USDJPY or selling USDCHF. If they continue to sell USDCHF even if we reached an historical low level today, that will uplift the EURUSD a bit higher. Just what is needed for convincing the last remaining bears to turn bull.

Here's the interesting part.. if we add them all up and subtract them from the current level, it would put us at parity.. One can build a lot of things from this small insignificant information... I'm not going to say it all here, but there's enough of it to figure how to use it pretty easily...

its just the way i trade. nobody knew what the news was before hand. i trade techs and the news could go either way.. i got my entries and was stopped out. had news gone the other way i would have not got my entries. with news its just luck of the draw.
