watch usd/chf. looks like its preparing ground for assault at 0.8931 after that 0.8950 and then I have straight 0.9030

Given recent sentiment, data was not really mixed. Core durable goods thoroughly beat expectations. Claims came in off estimates but for all intents and purposes claims is almost 2nd tier data these days, and it has been since that "computer glitch" last fall screwed up all the numbers. Its not really a stone cold NFP predictor like it has been in the past.

We have now strung together two straight better than expected top tier data prints with core durables and new home sales. Suprised USD isnt stronger after this but I will remain very long and targeting much higher levels.

euros H4 forming somewhat a base, and its ready to go back to yestd's 13660 again, that level is important, so that there is a retracement.

usdjpy went back to 102.1 and maybe potentially 102.2, after london wack it down to 101.75. If the yanks continue pushing eurjpy, we should see a stop to the bleeding and a stop to euro going downwards.

after the core durables, all we need to see is snp and dow jones...dow n snp futures are kinda of flat...we will see if eurusd going to hold 13660 soon, 13664 is needed ...for now i am flat...

i missed making some retracement pips on eurjpy, but that's fine..

EU has reached my target for a retrace of the mornings move down. Time to see if it continues and changes the intraday trend or heads down again.

So uh, why is the Euro not plunging? Its been getting bad data and the US jobs and durable goods were great.. so why is the Euro rising after this? Shouldn't the dollar be gaining strength? Is it because it failed to break the 1.36500 support line right away? So people are all getting in on long positions now? What factors are making it rise?

(And yea, I am new at this)
