AU pre-LO 25 Feb:

Still waiting for a buy setup ...

AU had a small Daily range of 70pips.

If I see deep retracement to below 61.8%, I will wait for a buy further lower, esle I let it pass today... no trade is also trading. the D 10EMA is near 9000, I'' count on that as possible support.

I am watching EURAUD on H4 now, that H4 pullback candle is still in the making.

AUDUSD , missed the H1 setup...

be patient... there is US data release in short time.

I'm ashamed to say I'm being massacred the past few days... I've been stupidly trying to trade GJ, which is choppy as hell. I'm dropping it as of today and moving on to EA or EN (probably EA, though, because it has a much better spread than EN).

EN H4 25 Feb:

Weekly is sideways
D is looking bearish
H4 shows a H&S with re-test of neckline and resistance at Prev W Fib-r 50%.
To sell, the TDI is not nice right now, to see a TDI bounce, the next candle has to be very huge compare to the recent candles.
hence not easy to get a good entry price if selling.
what to do?

@Frenchie. If you miss a trade, you miss a trade. We gotta let it go.

After price has gone through, coming back to the level you would have entered is not a good sign. It could mean the move has lost it's momentum or it could have reversed, so many possibilities.

Yes its a tricky one, even on the M5 chart. You get these horrid 'wicky' looking red candles dipping into Demand Zone, then a sudden up thrust of decent bullish candles on higher volumes.

"They" want us to go long, when maybe we should be shorting?

This is where short term time frames have their uses I guess. Allow you to look inside the longer TF candles, and it ain't pretty at the moment.

Lol the problem is shorter term tfs are also choppy as fuaaark.

last night, at Tokyo I dropped in to check out for any setups - best I found was a 10 pip range from an hourly resistance and a daily support.... I checked it out this morning and saw a drop, waited on my small tf and went short. A candle whipsawed me out of my trade hitting my SL... It was ugly.

Thought EA would be a bit better, took a short there after break of an H4 trendline, went 10 pips then reversed, so took a loss there. I'm being whacked constantly, so I've decided I'd wait for a better market... Sadly all the "good" ones are currently flattening more and more into consolidation. I'm not sure how you guys are doing, and if you're doing well I have no idea how

I agree, I think the market is in an 'accumulation' phase on some of the major pairs, and as Big E would say it would be better to pass. Sooner or later they will be pumped and dumped and hopefully we'll be thrown a few scraps from the table.

Fingers crossed You can get in on a few trades, but targets are completely random to me right now... Sometimes trades go for 50+, sometimes they go for 20 and reverse (case in point, EA today)...
