IMO trends will never disappear in pure floating exchange rates, at least not in higher timeframes where human beings and other non HFT algorithms are able to operate.. so why do we even care about it? Even though, with crazy spikes and non-sense trends I would adapt my trading rules, ranges and margin exposures. Morning guys ,...
Well these micro movements are guite curious but i think that means the big guys are deciding where to go , or in other words there is a "big battle" between bulls and bears while the range of movements is lower and lower. : ) For me im bearish as i ve posted earlier and im waiting like a ninja
Got here some picture of EU on w1 graph to demonstrate the trend lines of a huge wedge on monthly graph. Actually i know there is some place to go little bit higher but i really dont think we will see such a movement till upper TL . Each day it is harder to get through the 1,37551.
For today we ve got some news with lower importance . Few minutes ago we had German GDP and the movement is not so intense. But in 8 hours there will be CB Consumer Confidence (Financial confidence is a leading indicator of consumer spending, which accounts for a majority of overall economic activity.Survey of about 5,000 households which asks respondents to rate the relative level of current and future economic conditions including labor availability, business conditions, and overall economic situation . - source forexfactory) with previous numbre 80,7 and forcast 80,2. Im afraid that this could be like forcast number 80,2 ,... so this could be a little impuls for movement up.
Generaly this looks like a "ping pong " day again .

Yes definitelly small trades 0,1 lot (1:500 lv) . Actually im not using stops but im able to cut my loses. And for taking profits i got trailing stops. Just got a small account with specific mm. Trying to earn 50 dollars per week.... etc. etc.
