From a point of view "new all time highs" is lasting just a micro second, but there we register it on all TFs and we say "we have a HH, that is All time High", I won't argue, it didn't held the day (as in "Daily didn't closed at "All time highs") but watching the chart, that is just a matter of Time, don't you think?

Forex and the markets in general will go to a model of tight ranges and insane spikes.
