I use a different strategy for Forex. But I have found this thread very interesting.

Took this EN trade on H1. TMS entry, TDI crossing and the setup is a bit same as yesterday (see on the left). There are few EUR news for next couple of hours.

However a strange thing the spread rose to 4 plus

well...considering that your trading against trend...i would suggest you to set a nice sl seeing its news time in about 30 mins.
btw i suggest break even it...since atm your up by about 30 pips?

IG spread on this pair 6/7 atm, compared to 3/4 with FXDD.

All I can add is long as you are aware this is a countertrend/retracement trade and hope it works out for you. I'd probably plot a fib on the last low to high. It might be a pullback (strong uptrend on H1/H4).

Well done with your trade mate, would of been well over 100 pips now!

What I do to help you stay in a trade longer is once your trade begins to move and you have a nice profit jump down to 5 mins and look for a reverse!

Even 15 mins you would still be in test it out...

The only way I can thank Bizzzle, Big E, Big EM and other members who jump in to help us with the trades and drop their golden advice nuggets now and than is to implement every single advice they offer and post the trades with results. This is the least we can do to show our appreciation towards them.

Bizzzle, It's my naive nature, lack of proper judgement in Exit and entry and combination of fear and greed that led me exit the trade early.

Now waiting for some right setups in the flow of trend and price action.
