this is the perfect opportunity for funds to spike it one way or another. But there is no spikes at all. Why we had spikes before, at large volume? Each of past FOMC spikes have very large volume. But recently we do not have spikes at all. People hate my conspiracy theory. But I will say it again, all the spikes are caused by central banks. Now they may have a deal between them already.
