I asked this earlier in the thread, So im gonna ask it again, LOL, ..I am getting a notification on the Experts tab when i intialize the EA, I am getting a Zero Divide in BT_14_v16_610et.mq4. Does anyone have a clue what this is?.....Thanks for any suggestions..

Seller9 i have a question about trading multiple baskets
Example:

I open a c5 Long basket

then open a c14 long basket.

I want to close the c14 long basket first.

If i tell the EA to close C14 or a signal does, will it close the orders related to the magic number even though US brokers have FIFO rules?

In other words can I close my C14 orders before I close my C5 orders even though my C5 orders were first?

It closeing by Magic mumber. C5 Magic 1, C14 Magic 2, JPY7 Magic 3 ect.ect.

In my experience, FIFO rules are independent of the EA.

Regardless of Magic Number, one of my brokers would allow your scenario while the other would not.

I have with FXCM Demo account and there it closes by Magic number. Also XM.

To solve my problem, I deleted the old mt4 that I have been using, and downloaded a fresh mt4 from my broker, I then reinstalled sellers Ea, making sure that I had the upgraded basket create.
The old updated Build 509 to build 610 has a few problems, and im finding if I reinstall on new platform, a lot of issues disappear.
Try this and post if successful.

Hey alfie...I uploaded a new 610 platform and reinstalled everything..im still getting the zero line message on the bottom of the experts tab...Thanks

Where I think the problem lies is in updated mt4, you can have 2 experts files, and 2 indicator files, and there seems to be some conflict between the 2 of them.
I have experienced where I have installed an Ea into the mq4 file, and it is no where to be found in the opened platform, and I have had to do copy and past up to 3 times before the Ea appeared in the experts in my opened mt4.
When I download a build 610 now from my brokers, there is only one mq4 experts and indicators, and the old experts and indicator files are gone, and now my sellers Ea is running really good, and im in a small profit.

I have noticed that you are using v16, the one that I have is v15.
Try going back to v15, i'll send to you now.

Hey seller9 the EA just took a short C14 trade using entry 0

But on my chart the IXO2 is not red but it took the trade as if it was.

Are my indicators lagging or is the EA doing something it shouldn't be?

Hey Sellar...in reference to the zero divide error i am getting on my ver16, I did some research in this forum that it may be related to a 4 digit broker to 5 digit broker, Is this EA for 5 digit?..Just wondered, trying to fix it on my own, but may need your help sir on the coding side?..Thanks,

I use 5 digit broker and i have had no problems. Have you tried completely reinstalling MT4 and the EA and then reinstalling it and setting it up from scratch?

Hey Sellar, disregard...I figured it all out...Thanks for the help LOL....I wasnt putting my pair suffix in the EA input....Got it running,,...I thought you didnt have to put that in anymore...So, fellas and gals, if your getting the zero divide, place your Pair suffix in...Got it running..

It looks to me like the EA is trading different indicator settings than what you have on your screen.

IXO2 looks quite a bit different than an IXO of 1560, which is what the EA is trading.

Do you have the Link on or off?

hey guys Is there any way to close some pairs of a basket and not have the EA open a position on the same pair I'd just closed? For example If I open an AUD basket and close out jus the AUDCAD pair because it's in profit, it will open AUDCAD again immediately.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening without removing the EA from the chart?

You still need it in the EA.

No, the EA is trading the Basket as a whole and the chart will be of no use if you close down certain pairs, the EA is then running blind and the only thing that will make any sense is the profit/Loss reading.
