InstaForex is very popular broker in Asia and their marketing strategies are very solid to attract new traders, I am also working with InstaForex broker, They seems ok to me but they are fixed 3spread which is too much. Now iam finding a better ECN broker with tight Spreads.

My account is 1285716. I have been submitted withdrawal request from 16/12/2013. And Now I am not received money from instaforex. I have contact many times via live chat and contact to Finance Department but they said that: please wait. I am still waiting but they don't reply. I say I need reason about delay payment but they don't reply email. Manager please for me a reason about that. I am dissatisfied with support of instaforex because They can't give me exactly reason.

I don't think they are a reliable broker. I have 300 USD in their account and doing regular trading every month, but I'm not able to log in since last week. Tried to contact them by email but didn't get any reply. Very disappointed!!!
still can't get money withdrawal from instaforex.. withdrawed 200$ 3 weeks ago, and still no money... maybe someone knows what to do ?

Insta pay back the money the method you use to deposit in your account. so first verify your account by sending your identity and then withdraw the payment...

i verified everything, I got first one withdrawal of 300$ and now can't get 200... allready one month...
Today after messages day and night to finance support they told me tht they will make that withdrawal...
how stupid this is? waited one month, now gonna wait a week to see if I will got the money, and then again one month of lies scam and cheating on me...
I made a 800 Eur withdrawal on Monday got the money on Wednesday (via Skrill) all were profits... i`ve been using them for a few years only downside now is that they canceled my rebates as i was using a strategy that was aimed at somehow making a profit from their rebate system(their words not mine, it took me like 2 weeks to even get that) so i`ll leave them soon... but they did honor every withdrawal i made even if sometimes it takes longer than the time stated on their website.
When that happens just talk to their Financial Department after i let them know i`ve been waiting for a week they usually handle it right then on the spot.
That`s my experience anyway but if they allow me to make so many withdrawals of sums that are a lot bigger than yours i doubt they would risk their reputation just to try and get 200$... talk to them see why its not yet handled.

Hi guys. I traded with insta in 2012. I had no problems with withdrawals. I don't know have they any problems nowadays.
And I have no problems with entering their website. I think it's some problems with your browsers. Try to use other one.
i also trade with insta since 2011, nvr face any deposit and withdrawal problem. if withdraw with debit card, 24 hours is in your card and can withdraw at any ATM machine.

Instaforex now has AutoChartist support. You can actually grab it for free. Just create a demo account or even a live trading account, but don't fund it. Download the Instatrader MT4 client and install it. Afterwards, download AutoChartist directly on their site and then install that as well. Open up InstaTrader and the AutoChartist tools are found under custom indicators.
I recommend opening a live trading account over a demo account due to connection priority. I've had disconnection problems with the demo, but the live account is much smoother.
last year, Insta got a big problem with FPA and a ton of complaints, scam topics in a lot forums. I think they met a financial problem, but this year I don't see any complaint, maybe they're doing well. But I will avoid trading with this broker.
