You have to know that this is all about mathematics..even if you have slippage in 10% of your trades(50 pips per trade), In 35% of win trades, your account will be in positive balance...here the most important point is" you have to follow first page Rules"...

You can not judge Tony or anyone here...Think about your faults you did when you were trading..Judge Yourself FIRST!

faults i made while placing trades...
-placing trades just a few second before the news release
-placing SL point at the same time or after the news release
-forgetting to retrace the SL to BE (zero SL point) point
-and because me broker gave me really high slippage ( 50 pips etc..)

PLEASE FIRSTLY JUDGE YOURSELF..and write down all your faults you did...

SL18 TP 120. Retract SL to 0 as soon as you can.

Trade placed 2 minutes before news.

Good insight there Ind.; as for SL do you place it along with the order placed 2 mins before or is it literally trying to jumping the gun by literally placing a few seconds before actual release.

I understand your frustration. You are new to forex and you are trying to find a trading system. You read the rules and just follow them blindly and before long you realise you are losing money. You begin to doubt whether others are actually making money as they claim.Let me tell you, I have read nearly all threads on FF. There are very many good trading systems and many not very good. Nearly all traders will not tell you when they are going to enter a trade, (they only tell you after) for the simple reason that us inexperienced traders will just do what they are doing, lose, and complain. Tony is one of the few traders who hangs his linens in the public, dirty or clean, for all to see. And for this, he deserves credit. If you read the whole of his thread then you know where he started, how much he started with and how long it has taken him to get where he is.BTW I do not trade Tony's method, at least not yet. But I admire the guys character and that is why I read every thing posted on his thread.

Took a quick 30 pips in and out within 15s.

I am not confident enough yet to see profits evaporate and come back again as price action plays out, so I grab what I can and run

However, those 30 pips saw my equity increased by 40%...

So, I am not complaining.

You entered 6 minutes before the news - does the time of your entries differentiate or it is an exclusion?

Also price travelled 25 pips in your direction. Why didn't you move the stop to BE at lease or even protected some profits?

I entered the news a bit earlier than usual 6 min instead of 2 min before news because I saw it was going to break a resistance... it's exceptional.
Yes the price traveled about 30 pips above entry before news but at the time the news came out, it was at an approx distance of 18 pips from my entry.
With this news, the worse that coulnd have happened -18 but I got out with 0 since price went up a bit.
