Im curious as well. AUD seems to gain strength all of a sudden.

news aside, it is not a good idea to sell against a previous day bullish close and also when price broke a recent resistance 0.9010 and that acted as support which you sold into.

that H4 candle setup and TDI cross down looks valid but some of these type of setups do fail. Therefore I prefer to look to the higher timeframes W1 and D for bias when I take any counter trend trades.

take a look at the weekly candles and see the recent support and resistance.

I did mentioned that China resumes business this week and we should expect more liquidity injection in the Asian market session. Asian investors and traders, espceially the deep pockets Chinese, they love the AUD for obvious reasons and also XAU.

Are the settings correct ?

Although, a question Is there a way we can have HA candles instead of normal candles in mobile phones.

Hi MrAussieFx,

Heiken Ashi is not a standard indicator in MT4 platform.

But if you use other platform on your mobile, you may find the HeikenAshi as standard.
Note, the original HeikenAshi is not exactly the same as the Synergy Average Price Bar APB which put more weight using the real price close.

Question for those using Pipware charts.

The TDI indicator you are using (Traders_Dynamic_Index.ex4), is it moving real-time or only displays from the open of the candle?

I would like to use a real-time TDI indicator for pipware, but it doesn't recognize my indicator unless I use the non-moving one, anyone can help? Thanks.

that's simple solution with filenames to trick the software.

just rename your TDI_RT.ex4 to Traders_Dynamic_Index.ex4

pipware-charts.ex4 uses the latter by default

EURAUD struggles at 1.5050 ... the same it did last week on 6 Feb. The support goes farther back to Jan. Edit: forgot to mention early Dec' rally level.
But the previous H1 close lower so I see that as a good sign.

Go with the flow.

If you worry to see H4 TDI in the 32-level OS region, just don't look at H4 chart. Turn to and look at D-chart. No stress on D-chart.

Took this short on EN trade on H1 as emmanuel7788 says go with the trend. The trend was down, I admit I entered little late but now it is through the support and I believe it will go short.

Any suggestions are most welcome

that's a nice consolidation breakout entry seen in H1.
turn off the APB and look at real price candles and you will see that clearer.

just watch those RN 00 and 50 levels where price reacts and don't stay too close for this pair.

You can still lose trading with the trend if you get your entries wrong/late. Whilst you might be OK with this one I'm old school and think that doesn't make it a correct trade. Don't stray too far from your trade rules, the risk being that you (don't literally mean you - people in general) then start thinking they can trade every move and that's normally where the wheels come off.

There has been some major support in January a little lower and that would be an area to watch out for should the move go your way.

GJ drop 50 pips and came back up. Dialed down to M15 and found this pin/pullback bar.

Entered long on the break of the pullback candle. Targeting the 800 EMA. Waiting to see if it can break resistance to get there.

It's looking quite similar to yesterday, wonder if I can target higher.
