EURUSD Trade Setup & Forecast for the week 10th Feb, 2014

Last week we identified a possible bullish bat, We have yet to see the completion of this pattern. The sudden bullish movement was a result from the economic news.
If you see on the Daily Chart, The stochastic are going to diverge where we have a lower high, but stochastic have a higher reading, I believe there is still a bearish momentum in this,

A Short setup is shown on the hourly chart where it is the 127.2 fib ext of last weeks range + a 78.6 retrace level
A Long setup is at completion of the bullish bat.

Yes, but seems 1.360x already the bottom for current price action. Focus more on EUR/AUD now because 1.532x are the best for hedging, GBP/AUD and EUR/AUD are the most profitable pairing in my portfolio actually.

be careful with EA GA around the daily pivot. I was long these too but there's no sense holding them here unless there's actually a decisive break back above and then it will require a retest blah blah

Out AJ +18. At this point I think the down move is probably done for the session however especially after running the stops, so a medium term-long may be in order maybe back to 91.4x-91.5x or some consolidation but I personally prefer faster pips that will go my way immediately.

Thanks for advice mate. I already LONG since 1.517x actually, I am looking forward to HEDGE SHORT on 1.532x for probably 40-60 pips before its continuation there. That's my style before adding more by profiting on SHORT TERM. It is a good sign as EUR/USD hanging around 1.364x.

maybe machine trading using that method. programers bought long time charts then apply those on some patterns.

Just saying, specifically the AU stops for today's session were under 8915, once they run the stops there's little motivation to continue. Yes, there's another level below 8870 but I don't see it getting traction before AUD employment on Wednesday if at all (may be number dependent). 8900 may pop though before. Just my 2 cents. Even if 8870 does go, EU at that point will probably be lower assuming firm resistance on the EA pivot.

Absolutely agree. 8870 below does have another, but I assume 8870 is good and I expect it should be good enough for my 1.5460 on EUR/AUD final exit if it goes that point. EUR/USD shows good hanging on 1.364x, so I don't expect it will follow if AUD goes on that level. Just my view and I don't put too much hope on EUR/AUD now for going further more than 1.5460. But unfortunately, I missed just now on 1.5320 on EUR/AUD and it already back to 40 pips below. Moving too fast just now.

Wow… I swear to god I never has 28 pips DD for 200 pips of profit in major. My best ever recorded are only on GBP/AUD, 18 pips DD with 223 pips profit exit.
