Kos, Just to give an idea of the comparison for the trading system you posted and Follow the Leader, it probably only fair that you understand the logic, and really, the reason why using this on larger time frames will probably closely mimic this system. Based on simplicity alone, and not using the 6 lines from the video, Follow the Leader was set to work with breakouts based on the previous candle. Here is the actual trigger code: if (iClose(NULL,0,1)<iOpen(NULL,0,1)&&Bid>iHigh(NULL,0,1)) return (buy); if (iClose(NULL,0,1)>iOpen(NULL,0,1)&&Ask<iLow(NULL,0,1))...
Also, if the next candle is to continue in the same direction and make new highs/lows, once again you will add to the winning trade on a retrace to the close of the previous candle. Just a suggestion
because based on my experience, strong moves tend to do this type of quick retraces, but being humans it is hard for us to react fast enough to capture these moves, so maybe an EA can do it effectively.5 minute charts might be good for this especially during high liquidity sessions.

I know exactly where you are headed with this, my friend and I have actually thought the same.
If the previous hour was long, and there is a draw against, let's continue to assume the trend and buy on oversold. Correct?
In addition, there are a couple of verified issues with STOMA2, so I will be soon on the release of STOMA 3, with your suggestion in mind.

I would like you to note that on STOMA2 activated with the trailing stop (13), and the EA opens more than one location, for example 3, the trailing stop works only from second position.
In short, the first position is ignored by the Trailing Stop.

Magix, could you (or someone else for that matter) please explain how the trailing stop is suposed to work on STOMA2, or, if its already explained somewhere, please direct me to that post?
STOMA2 is kickin ass bigtime on one of my real test accounts, but as usual, if you get a lot you want even more I do believe that the trailing stop should be able to crank up the profits a bit more, but it doesnt seem to work the way i want.
For those who is interested, heres an myfxbok-link the account,
The account is set up with an custom start date simply because i want to filter out stuff that happened before i launched stoma2 on it.
Also, there is still a few trades thats not originating from STOMA2, so if you press "Custom Analysis" on the top right of myfxbook, select "magic" then check the four boxes (77, 78, 87, 88) and press "Analyze". Then you´ll only see what my STOMA2 has been up to.
The ea itself has been set up like this.
3 pairs, EURUSD, EURGBP, GBPUSD.
Each pair has two versions of STOMA2 (1 pair = 4 charts, a totalt of 12 charts on the three pairs)
First one, start_lot: 0.1, multiplier 1.2, AutoProfit: true, tp_factor: 0.2.
Magic: Long:77 Short:78 (i call these ones "High_profit")
Second one, start_lot: 0.1, multiplier 1.2, tp_in_money: 7, AutoProfit: false
Magic: Long:87 Short:88 (i call these ones "Low_profit")
Yea I know its a high risk setup, but so far it has been doing quite well

Hello Magix, IF there is a New Bot, I am yet to receive it. Also: I have rigorously tested the following EAs and have come to the conclusion that the SAFEST (for me and my style of trading) is HARMONICS. - Harmonics - Stoma2 - XmasBot 1a,1b,2,2(aggressive),3 - FTL - PA Now I have a question: HOW will the proposed updated MT4 build 600 AFFECT the Harmonics EA? I haven't been affected by the new build yet, but have been sweating it since the horror stories started.
I remember doing the same thing having to switch from 98se to XP...lol
There will probably be some learning curve but hard to really say how much. I simply don't know...
I am going to be switching over an account this weekend and doing a little playing around to see if I can get things up and running proper like. From there, will compile the code using the 600 so that others that want to join the group, hopefully will be able to do so unaffected.
For my personal, I will keep running old until I can 100% verify that they work the same in both versions by way of back to back comparison. Run a single trader old, run the same for new, watch, wait and see. This is really about the only thing I can do.
From there...well, I am crossing my fingers.
As for the new bots, nothing released as of yet.
I am hoping to finish cleaning up my list of members who have donated so that we can all start, same time and will again, try and make this so that both build versions will be covered.
Sorry for missing out on ya a second time, my friend. Nothing personal, I just don't hit this thread that often.
Funny..since FF moved it to the members only, I don't see it pop up as much and consequently don't visit as often.

The Trailer is opened from the Last position, and is only applicable to that position.
From a coding standpoint, somebody else has taken a great deal of time to figure out that this is what works best.
The copy and pasted code into our little trader is proof of success.
Ultimately speaking, there'd be a lot of work against somebody elses time to disprove the logic...
And going off of what we have, I'm not sure that this would be time well spent.
With a 1000 things on the go, I will keep this in a list, but cannot promise a date when I will get to it.
We are all still onward HO!
From that, I can only try to work towards bigger gains, less DD...
When I have come to the end of this road, I can look back to see where else we can improve.
Thanks for the thoughts, though I may not have implemented them immediately, there may be a time when they are the most relevant.

I have set up a trade explorer and myfxbook (http://www.myfxbook.com/portfolio/harmonics/780859) link for the New Harmonics Trader (http://www.forexfactory.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1330494&d=1387118216), and am using it on the M1 chart. Back tests on this are incredibly slow...In real live forward testing, I don't even really know if this will trade.So, for that reason, I am setting it to the M1 charts and trading on multiple pairs, really want to see if this thing will work and then maybe work on refining it by...
