German courts are about the most important thing psychologically for the euro stability. if it would total reject ecb the sell off in euro would be a lot more than 40 pips. but heh its down to euro courts which pretty much mean its gonna be fine post defacto.

If you believe that FED will maintain his pumping trend intact. Which I assume it will.
Then no matter how you try to spin it, low US growth is bad for US dollar.
