le celte I would like us to look at the NZDUSD again...not because I don't agree with you but just for further discussions and for me to gain a deeper understanding of this system. I hope that Ochuko can chip in and help even.

I do not know. At the moment I am taking the simplest fractal last.
The goal is to find the big wave (trend) and play on small waves in the direction of the great.
This technique is not 100% certain.
Personally I add some simple indicators RSIOMA; STOCHASTIC, ADX, in an attempt to strengthen me.
I come down even to the M15 (the past demo) just to see if the little waves are good ...

Thanks for responding le celte.

For me I think I kinda like the way Ochuko does it which is to rely almost EXCLUSIVELY on candlestick patterns at trendlines / support-resistance areas.

I like to think of this as REALLY trading naked / PURE price action.

I currently use indicators and EAs to trade "basketting" systems and also to trade on auto pilot, so am familiar with indicators BUT I've always known indicators to LAG rather than ANTICIPATE.

I know no system is 100% perfect but IF Ochuko's Simple Market Flow TS can teach me to trade "independently", then hell yeah AM game!

Hey pips.

I just finished watching Ochuko's wonderful and highly enlightening Market Flow & Price Action Video and to think that above I kept using the term "deepen my understanding!"

Well, guess what? THAT'S exactly what he says his video is about - how delightfully coincidental!

Anyways - I believe I am better informed NOW after that.

The most awesome part of this is that I can incorporate this same strategy into my other strategies (like basket trading) and further SHARPEN my edge.

Thank you again Ochuko for an amazing thread.

I am truly sorry about ALL this constant posting but hey am FREE this weekend and no better time than NOW to do all of this...

By the way, I have analyzed the 27 major pairs I watch and found about 15 pairs with "potential setups". These are:

EURUSD
*EURJPY
*EURCAD
GBPUSD
GBPNZD
*AUDCHF
*AUDNZD
*USDJPY
*USDCAD
**NZDUSD
*NZDJPY
*CADJPY
CHFJPY
*XAUUSD
XAGUSD


The *asterisked* pairs are pairs with what I would term "controversial BUT valid setups".

Also, I would love to attach images / screen shots, BUT for 15 pairs!? Am more inclined to attach ONLY the pairs which warrants discussions.

So, let's discuss further and understand DEEPER!

Good job Ty, I think it suffices to attach just "the best looking" setups (charts) with potential entries at interesting places (prices, S/R levels, ...) and with the potential for exits ...

There is no valid market flow change on GBPJPY. Market has to close below the fractal and it has to close convincingly.
