You maybe need to learn more about read HA candles better, then you would see trades like this better.

Last one was a CT on GJ M5.
On CT trades I am fine with 22 pips, this one I closed with 21 *lol*

Reason for taken:

Being able to admit when you are wrong is a critical part of trading.

Your 'perfect' call on Nikz trade was wrong, as I pointed out, which is why you took the discussion from 'trading' to 'personal'.

It's been a good week people.....lets be happy about that and not fight in here.

I seem to have spent my time sorting out a bit of a mess here since I got back from holiday, and I must say that I'm a little disappointed that I leave for 3 weeks holiday and have to come back to spend time to do this.

The rules of the thread are on Post #1.

Lets agree to disagree on the semantics...take the banks money and move on.....please.

Where did I predict the future price? I've got an entry signal so I've entered. Prediction is saying that the price will bounce/reverse from this or that S/R line.
First last swing high was 17 pips SL and second last swing high was 13 pips SL. I've marked closing candle with the vertical red line. I don't know where did you find 30 pips SL.
It was a strong trend before, it moved a bunch of pips but look at GJ, it was more than 300 pips drop.
So we have a strong downtrend, then pullback and then very good opportunity to enter with the trend; full matrix, good stoch, reasonable SL, arrows, good HA candle. Also, in addition we have full H1 and H4 matrix and good H1 stoch. Yes, I have S1 in my way. But I'm willing to take the risk when I have all the reasons I mentioned before.
You say a very low probability trade? I strongly disagree with you on that.
Anyway, I see I brought a lot of tension with my chart, which was not my intention, so I will restrain myself from posting charts in the future.

That post was a reply to FOM, not a comment on your trade.

Keep posting..................Im going to stop offering my thoughts on trades as they seem to be unproductive to the thread.

There is nothing wrong with your chart nikz.....please continue posting them!

FOM and J both have valid points, but I'm not going to sit in judgement of two traders who are both good traders and good people.

They both see things a little differently from each other, and that's how life is.....

I was not wrong.
But you see only those things right which are your YOUR rules.

Trade your rules and stop piss on peoples legs who have different rules.

And I am surely not personal. I say what I think and what you feel personal is YOUR problem, not mines.

You cant require from everyone that they trade like YOU, I am not you.

Well I have sat down with my coffee in hand and have been quite entertained for the discussion.

FOM and J - great discussion - you have both proved that we all look at different "stuff" and interpret the charts differently before placing trades. If we all looked at them the same how would we make money from other traders/banks??

FOM's trade example earlier showed a triple bottom and a rally from that. A few posts ago, I think it was Nikz trade on the London close, could have also been a triple bottom if the support had held but with his knowledge of the London close he had a better understanding of the PA and the trend continued down for a good short.

All of us see something different, react different, feel different about PA and indicator setups - I suppose that's why RJ has insisted that this system isn't for newbies but for traders that have had exposure to PA. In that end, depending on our experience, we will see different things - just remember - there are many ways to skin a cat!!

(BTW - I don't think it was anyone's intention to get personal...........that's what I love about the thread - it's not a pissing competition but a good civil professional discussion about Genesis)

I find I get caught up with trying to find signals that werent the clearest (previous Tokyo session).

Why didnt you take the buy signal before the one you entered? Just trying to get into the head of you guys. The entry signal Im asking about is a perfect example of how I seem to get shaken out and accumulate losses. Would love some feedback!!

I'm going to jump in here and answer this because I see this creeping into the thread again and again.

If you're talking about the entry where I marked with the green box......if you're not, then disregard this post: Had you entered at the green box...the previous signal to the one FOM took, why would you have got shaken out of the trade???

The SL for both entries would have been the same.....*below the previous swing low*

My apologies RJ if it has been brought up a few times too many times. I was indeed talking about that marked entry. I do understand that it would have been a successful trade -- I was just wondering why FOM entered on the signal she marked and not the one I am referring to. They both looked valid to my eye so I was wondering if FOM saw something I hadnt.

Then we would not bounce 3 times from the new support, only 2 times.
Which is enough for MY rule book to go in a CT trade.
