Hi seller9, love your work, keep it up! I've been following this thread and just got thing setup and have found it really useful so far.
I have a request for CAD, CHF and USD basket. The thing is with those baskets, there are not enough room for the reverse pairs (there are only currently 2)
Take CAD for example, there are 7 pairs.
AUDCAD
NZDCAD
USDCAD
GBPCAD
CADCHF
CADJPY
EURCAD
If i were to BUY CAD strength, i would have to SELL (reverse) 5 pairs
AUDCAD
NZDCAD
USDCAD
GBPCAD
EURCAD
But problem is there's only room to reverse 2 pairs in the ea settings. Is there a way around this?
seller9, can you recommend any that still use 507. Thanks for your help.

Guys, All you need to do is go into your root file in mt4 and delete the terminal, and copy and past another terminal build 509 and paste into the root file, then double click and open, and you will have mt4 build 509 running, I have tried to upload a terminal for you, but it is too large.
Have a look on you computer and see if you have a build 509 on any other broker, it does not matter which broker you get it from, they all work the same once installed.

I am doing some work on the next version and I can add a few more to it, the problem is the offline chart then doesn't represent the true picture, and that is what the EA uses to make its trades.

I followed exactly as per the videos on post #1. My chart looks just like the one in video. Once again, the top right has the verson (BT_14_v12nb) and an X right next to that. I'm sure its something simple. I did go back into the ea properties (Common) and clicked the following: Enable alerts, allow live trading, Allow DLL imports, Confirm DLL function calls, and Allow imports of external experts. Any help please!

I do not know if this is the source of the problem but under Tools/Options/Expert Advisors, "confirm DLL function calls" should normally not be checked.
Thank Eagle85, but no joy! I went in there and unclicked. Still the same X. Any other ideas? What I have done is reload the EA, restarted MT4, Im getting input from my broker, my spread just hit the max, Friday, end of trading! So I do know Im getting inputs. I feel so close, but yet so far. Help!
What did I just say Eagle85, so close but yet so far. Well the problem was not that far after all. Right under my nose, I failed to togle the Expert Advisors tab on the MT4 toolbar. I noticed it when you prompted me to check DDL function calls. Thanks a lot. Now I'll have to wait to try this new bot out. Have a great weekend!

Why not sell the 5 xxxCAD pairs and reverse the other 2 CADxxx ????

May i know why "the offline chart then doesn't represent the true picture"?
Just to confirm, if the CAD offline chart is showing blue uptrend, it does mean that CAD is strong, correct?
If true, by clicking CTRL 1, i would expect it to open
2 buys = CADJPY and CADCHF and
5 sells = AUDCAD, NZDCAD, USDCAD, GBPCAD, EURCAD (this can't be done since there's only 2 fields for reverse in EA settings?)
otherwise, I'm thinking of writing a seperate script that i can use to trigger CAD buy/sell based on what i see on the CAD offline basket
also, why is that GBP basket only has 6 pairs, without GBPNZD?
If i were to add a GBP7.txt file (with GBPNZD added), will it work?

The offline chart assumes you either buy all or sell all the basket pairs.
So if you have 2 pair in your basket and one goes up and the other goes down the same amount the chart will move sideways.
But if you buy one and sell the other your profit will increase but the chart will still be moving sideways.
The chart doesn't know you bought one and sold the other, it assumes you did the same to both.
The EA also just watches the chart to make its trade, so if the chart is either all buys or all sells and you tell the EA to buy some and sell others the EA will be making its trades based on the wrong data, as the chart is not right.
The reason for the first 2 pair being able to be reversed is from previous forums where they traded the 14 pair basket and at times they would reverse one or both of the first 2 pair in the basket as they had a tendency to go the other way.
The text file baskets are just examples, you can create whatever basket you want in the text file.
There is always the possibility that someone may create a basket create indicator that could take into account mixed baskets.
