About the news from Germany, Checked the last 6 months for the ZEW Survey data and despite them all being quite positive (reached expectations or over by just few points) the EUR dropped by 50-70 pips vs the Green. If the ZEW for EU is not better than 75 pts and for Ger below 70 I take it as a 50+ drop in E/U Just my own view...
Asian session didn't bring anything good for Eur, testing 1.3450 after the news today!

Leading from 3500 to 37xx is also bull, not retracement.
Above 3620 will set back the bull on lost TL that may give him boost to test 37xx - 38xx

This is the upside risk at present into the yellow target zones... all the time it stays below 3560 then this risk reduces

I am still holding shorts from 3683 and various levels since.

i think well get some new lows today around 3471 or lower 3454, though we have some support at 3520, upside levels 3586-3602

depends on whether you believe the market is efficient or not?
Usually we see a mass of chop before news events right until the release however this news event will likely unfold before us retail can get to it as big buck members get the news before and will likely move the market
