In a GU short since 7:24 London time ... targeting just above yesterday's low (at this stage).
1 pip at a time ... if the entries are strong, the rest will follow ...

Entry comments :

FOR - Good m15 and h1 stochs, m30 a bit flat in the middle. 4/4 red arrows. Right side of Mas. DP above as good resistance.

RISK - Largish stoploss, entry is at recent support, so may have been better to wait until it was broken.


EDIT - stochs shown are 15 / 30 / h1 ... chart is M5

I too saw a potential sell in GU from early in Frankies Hour, but as the two MAs showed no trend (slope) I passed. However, during the 7:50 bar, UJ's 5m matrix turned red, allowing me to sell GJ at 7:53 GMT & 171.20....

TP hit for +24 ... should I have let it run longer? Possibly (although no-one really knows at this point in time), so happy with that profit too.

Spike down to various levels in GU & UJ in 8:17 bar, out for +28

Some specifics/ideas, is the BRN approaching CT i.e. a pullback against trend and more likely to hold. Is BRN approaching in a strong trend? Is there a proven support/resistance level on D chart where price has turned historically that is at the BRN level? Are you aware of the 15/85 trade idea? If you enter trade would you have enough room to get to BE if that would give you some confidence.

I'm sure there are other issues to contend with but these spring to mind.

And giving a current example I am in euraud buy at 1.5464. The 1.5500 was a key level historically but this has been broken and my target now in the 1.5550-1.5600 area. the RN has just broken so I'm putting stop to BE and then we'll see how trade plays out.

Oh, just was curious why Acroix was saying that entering before BRN makes a set-up bad. I wasn't asking what BRN is and how to use it...

I thought this might be useful to share, not wanting to trade against the 30stoch I decided to have an extra window with the stoch in, this means that although the time scale doesn't match you can get a better visual.
