I have the same concern when I got the offline chart shown on my mt4, maybe we should generate the sell and buy pairs text file before the trend start everyday at beginning of european session, any thoughts?

Thank you, but I do not normally trade the 1 hour charts.
They were posted only to illustrate the potential of basket trading with the new strength and correlation table developed by Seller9.

Here is my Strength and Correlation table updated at 06:45 GMT.
It contains the 25 currency pairs offered by my broker.
Those pairs not offered have been trimmed from the BT_CS_V7 EA to remove clutter from the basket pairs selection process.

Make sure you copy CurrencySlopeStrength_Mod_1.ex4 to /expert/indicators folder (zip file at 1 post)

If you check your 'Files' folder you will notice that the EA appears to update both the strength and correlation baskets as they change - look at the time stamps.
I have also noticed that the EA updates every 5 minutes. with fresh data.

If the EA could be set to notify the user when a change in any of the baskets has occurred we could probably get in at the beginning of a trend?

@eagle85, i took your Settings for my 5 pair basket (HAS and IXO).
Looking good so far, first trade taken.
Did you find the setting by try and error ?
Still dont find any Info's on how to set them according to pairs

That was the main problem with the strength indy even on the previous one that seller posted. You don't know if the pairs have just started their run or well into it. My guess is you can either start using it before open times or possibly (maybe risky) after news events. Or maybe trade when you have pairs over a certain strength or correlation value?

Any comments?

Sold #SellS5# basket (15 min. chart) at 08:42 GMT.
Initial stop loss = 50 pips.
Manual trade.
Comments: HAS and I-XO-A-H color change in agreement. Waited for retrace to enter trade.

Edit:
Trade closed at 10:40 GMT.
Gross P/L = +131 pips.
Trade closed by robot.
Time in trade: 1 hour and 58 minutes.
Comments: profit target achieved.

Hi Seller and all guys here, I have met a problem.
I manually opened a long basket, after gained some profit and the price had hit the HTP line, but the basket didnt close automatically, therefore I tried to close the basket by using "Ctrl + 3" hot key, but the basket still didnt close, i was forced to close each pairs manually, BUT at this moment, the EA opened the long trades again while i just closed it, it kept repeating. eg. I just closed the AUDJPY, the EA opened the long trade in AUDJPY immediately.
I have disabled all entries of the EA, by choosing 'False' in "Use Entry 0" to Entry 4, and i chose "False" too in "UseRobot for Open" too.
May i get help from the experts here?

CTRL+0 should given you OFF EA and all pairs would been possible to stop manually I guess.

Do you have other charts with the EA open? Happened to me also. It opened trades from another chart with EA on. I now keep it simple with only 1 or 2 EAs running.

Well, i did use Ctrl+0 just now then only I was able to close the trades manually.

Basically I have 3 charts loaded with EA at the same time, but all 3 charts was in "No Live Trading", so i reckon it wont open a trade automatically right?

Do you guys all get automatically buyS5/sellS5 text files into expert-files folder when you run EA BT_CS_v7? My strength baskets doesnt appear in filles automatically so I have to create them manually each time. Have I missed some simple catch!? Many thanks 4 replies!
