That is correct, That would be the only other explanation, but when he refers to "stopping out" I don't see how that is possible when he "shorted" at the HOD....

I would also be very very careful placing free orders at this time. We seem to have many gurus here, but they never mention one of the biggest trends that NFP friday has. Notice todays HOD that would be more then 85% the resistance before NFP, with the low of today being the very LOW that the NFP movement will actually touch.

look at the freaking spx and dow. Nikkie and DAX all have good retrace since the start of the new year, but the freaking Fed even do not allow spx and dow to retrace, every small drop is bought up forcefully.

The ECB did what it could do this morning to hammer euro down earlier. but this shit was bought up later on with force, even in late US session just before the day session closed.

Money Management should be at the foremost of that list imo. Sometimes it doesn't matter if you wait for the perfect entry the market will play against you and it could be a trend for a number of trades. Both discipline and patience also become easier to master if a good MM strategy is in place, again imo. If you can't stay in the game during the bad then you wont be there for the good.

Here's a few TL's I am watching today though the range is a little large for me atm without a definitive BO (my strat). There's a good possibility it will stay in range until news time.

As I have mentioned months ago, put a fib on the chart and stretch it around to fit the levels on the left to gauge potential top. Now look at your chart, all the levels on the left that happened before the top fit the fibs very well, and this implies that the current top is highly likely the top of the current up run. Thus we will very likely see a 50% retrace or even a 61.8% retrace. That is euro 1.3324 and 1.3190. This will bring cable at least down to 1.6350 and 1.6180.

on top of that, the US dollar shows sign of a new bull run. When the dollar runs up, some currencies have to drop, and they cannot always be aussie and canadian dollar.
