DislikedFor those of us packing loonies, CAD denominated accounts are now available at IC Markets.Ignored
DislikedSome good news for clients of IC Markets and Global Prime; direct fund transfers between these two brokers is now available: "IC Markets & Global Prime have come to a mutual agreement to allow fund transfers between both brokers. If you are a Global Prime client and would like to transfer funds across to IC Markets you can do so. If you are an IC Markets client and would like to transfer funds to Global Prime you can also do so. You'll still need to meet the conditions of both brokers to facilitate...Ignored
DislikedLikewise man; I'm pretty stoked to be able to freely move money and diversify capital between the two.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Can you and other IBs persuade IC Markets or Global Prime to offer RANsquawk/Talking-Forex real-time news service FREE to live account clients? The subscription is about £20/mth and some UK brokers do offer it but I'm no longer interested in other brokers.Ignored

- Broker/Bank cannot accept/reject/requote orders in any shape or form, unlike in the other platform. It's not possible on many levels (technically and philosophically);
- All execution is done 100% STP w/o any manual intervention across all brokers that have cTrader. Moreover, once an Order has been executed, its execution price cannot be changed by a Broker (again, unlike the other platform);
- cTrader does not require any bridges whatsoever, since we are fully FIX compliant (Spotware/cTrader is a full FIXProtocol.org member).

Disliked@ M.A.C.Doug: While I don't normally like crowding this thread with solictation, I feel it's merited here as you don't seem to be benefiting from any commission discount. I actually do offer rebates for cTrader as an IB, reducing the cost by $0.61 USD / RTL to $5.39 USD / RTL per my profile. These are paid out manually by direct transfer to an ICM account of your choice within a business week of each month's end. Further queries can be sent to my e-mail: [email protected]. If you are already under an IB of any kind; you have my sincerest apologies....Ignored
Disliked{quote} I've tried cTrader platform and found it somewhat archaic for experienced manual trader. I've used DealBook360 and TradeStation and got used to OCO/OSO conditional orders in both multiple entries and multiple exits. For MT4 platform, I use drag-and-drop MQL scripts to automate the opening of multiple pending orders and other manual actions. I also use Luktom EA (now FVOE v1.6.3) on MT4 to automate the order management such as multiple take profits and trailing stop,...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Just showing one example from TradeStation layout. Notice that we can efficiently arrange 13-14 chart windows onto a 23" monitor. I can somewhat do this on MT4 except that for every chart, the Windows title bar (with Minimize, Maximize, Close button) took up some screen real estate. You can never do this on cTrader. (I know this post should go to cTrader thread too, will move it later) {image}Ignored
