You have to download and add a font to windows .. don't remember which one exactly but I'm sure you'll be able to find it with the search option

For a "perfect" classic entry, shouldn't the price have been ABOVE the trend line?

what does the red, blue, green bar on the volume bar represents? any meaning for each color?

It means you have not done your home study properly

Well best is to watch price action and react according to it... Everything else is guessing. But I think that best guess would be somewhere 1.3700 area. I can't access computer right now, but if I'm seeing correctly from iPhone chart, the~1.3700 would be about fibo 50 level +H/S pattern target...
