High frame speaking, we are still at the same place with the same setup before FEDS ... We just moved to the lower end of the range !
So, it hasn't swinged to bulls or bears yet ... to target 1.40 or 1.30 based on today's trading or formation , is completely irrelevant !

Indeed, the h4 and H1 were bent actually early today trading - not just because of the selling continuation .. but when price are trading at yearly highs, high time frame usually dominate levels and bias. So, IMHO smaller tfs are also irreverent!
