Not here to pick a fight, and I do know how to trade like how you trade, and can do pretty well as well.

But, after trading various style from very short term to very long term. Survival is key, and that includes keeping a sane mind for every single trade. It is very difficult to do what you had been advocating, which I applaud greatly don't get me wrong, is at a handicap unless you can program your logic as a super EA and let the computer take care of what you do manually. And if you ARE doing the EA already, then damn, you are an excellent programmer.

Also, returns that has less volatility is also critical to long term survival.

Yes, I understand what you are saying, but your post was a bit presuming that I did not know what I was doing and it was just a matter of time before I would succumb, you do not know me and you do not know how much experience I have.

Beside trading is a very personal endeavour as the road of life that we walk, what is right for me is not necessary right for you, we all have different ways of how we perceive things.

I am not a programmer and I I do not run an EA, beside I am very old as well….. my women do not think so, but… hey, we all have our perceptions……..Infy? Are you reading?

My trading is based my own experience, I think short term are more predictable then longer term if you know what you are doing……and I take advantage of that…..I agree with you, is not easy…..but if grasped it can be fun……I hope it helps a bit...
