Price seems to have strong Resistance within lvl 1.38000. Lets see if UE able to close above that line.

you know, when a bank puts out a reco for whatever portfolio, its not just 10 mil that gets traded. But there is billions more in client orders that track the given portfolio in question...

I think that comes from a portfolio sized at about 100 mil, but many funds follow their calls and then sell a proportional amount in their fund (i.e. 1 bil in a 10 bil fund etc etc etc)

You are probably correct I just said 10 million because that was the number mentioned on the article.Either way their SL 3830 got hit.
I am dismissing all late Bull runs as last chance to collect stops before a New Year.
I am sure already talk about 1.40-42 and beyond.Keep adding longs please!

FF was the source. One ECB member talked about low deflation risk last friday. forgot it?
Even Draghi's silence admitted it. He came in front line thrice in this month.
Did you miss last FOMC press conference when Bernanke id!ot commented on inflation?

When both parties agreed on same direction then possibly it can better reflect on this pair.

I seem to remember reading a post of you a while ago that mentioned that Morgan Stanley or JPMorgan closed their longs at 3730 after last FOMC. Apparently now they have a short bias and go shorts with their positions.

Looks like it is waiting for the 4H to be overbought to initiate a pullback on 15M to 1.3776-1.38 territory. Nice entry point, imo.

maybe it is waiting for tight stops to be built just above 3820, so it can push it up through the tight stops with ease to reach higher. the tight stops will be crushed like a soft butter and add a little fire to the up move.

I don't care about single member making public comments over monetary policy or fiscal one ... since we are talking about Europe as a whole , the last reference for that is the last meetings and press conference. In this press conference and for almost most of 2013 - the risk for deflation is to the upside not the downside. ( Since projection for inflation is to remain at present levels or lower ).

I was here during Feds's minutes and the press conference , and even if i wasn't - the press conference is available on the bank's website. I don't remember hearing the word rapid inflation , but in any case the CPI is near zeros and inflation number is edging 1% ( Almost 75% down from 2008 highs ) So, what rapid inflation is he talking about ?

As you see, as of 2011 we are in cycle of a deflating economy. As it is the same for Europe with projected of extended deflation over 2014. So, since the USA Dollar is inflating faster than the EURO currency - euro losses value slower then dollar. Leading to only one conclusion : Euro strength over time.

So, current EURUSD strength is completely and typically as far as economic indicators are concern normal.

time for heavy short, inflation or no inflation europeans don't want euro more up for many many reasons, target 1,365 until friday, happy new year to all
