20/80 concept in trading? I have no idea. Unless:

In business we state that 80% of the profits comes from 20% of the sales.

So for that traders that are losing it can be stated that 80% of losses come from (only) 20% of the trades. Then it is question of managing stop losses (simply cutting losses) and rethinking the way of trading.

Or as it should be (if profitable trader) 80% of the profit comes from (only) 20% of the trades. Then it means that the other 80% of trades have either not been taken (the best trades are those we do not take!!!) or have been cut in time to prevent loss.

Apart from that I have no idea what you might mean by the 20/80 concept???

I figure he got caught in the headlights, have been there myself a few years ago, although the numbers were higher, I was re-living it as I read his posts.

Nowadays I just hit the close button and get on with it, but I know what the 'hope' land is like, big lesson.

i think in long term EURUSD is uptrend because EURUSD is now above MA50
but in short term, posibly pullback to MA 50 (1.361), or support 1.356

Exactly, but in this case it will be the balance: It takes 20% of loss on balance to wipe out the rest ... his threshold was between 2K and 2.5K! Which is something like 60 pips ( astonishingly his accepted risk)
