Wow UJ's come down to 104.333 within like 20 minutes. What's going on anybody please enlighten me?

Wait is this some type of manipulation of the numbers by them?

Look if let's say price rises on a pair all brokers have to show the pair rising and not falling or not moving am i correct?


If even TOS is closed we can than say many many brokers are closed right now so suffice to say very few ppl are trading correct? So how can it rise so high in oanda?

The answer you’re looking for is complicated to explain.

I won’t go into the merits of choosing an ECN broker vs. market marker, I’m sure that’s been written on every forum in this site. If you ask me the futures are the absolute best choice for the major FX pairs.

The price of USD/JPY has been rising fairly rapidly this morning, there is a news report to back it up, however what I was eluding to before was, the lack of major traders and funds allows JPY corporates and the large traders who are at work to move the market more easily creating more volatility.

This is not manipulation, asian market is mostly open. Nikkei is +, ICAP, GFI, TP desks are all open to facilitate trading on the aus-asia side. But just like seandean said...its comparatively thin right now because the majority of the flow will only come in when London opens.

By right most brokerages will only open at 11am London time. I'm curious to know what fx price feed FF uses as its printing in the x.70s region.

Why in such a rush to close longs? Got to at least wait for some kind of weakness on the 4hr chart before considering selling.

MB Trading is open already and I'm seeing 104.73 right now. These things never gap in my favor. Always against me. : )

Looks like nothing is going to stop the bull from touching 105 before 2013 ends. It's a level last touch in 2008.

Looks like we will hit 105 Friday. Don't expect 105 to offer much resistance...more act as a magnet, pause at the round #, then resume.
