We may see as high as 1.3740 area, but next major stop should be 1.3500/50 zone.
I'm betting on 1.3520 as the "To the pip" level, but that's just for fun and giggles. I'll buy anywhere under 1.3550 after I see how price is behaving and how it gets there.

It can def retrace higher up to the 40c area... though I'd really prefer it to hold under 1.37 pivot low.

I am putting on shorts in this 1.3680-1.3720 area, as the yield spreads are now starting to justify EURUSD short positions. Short stocks and bonds for that matter are both probably decent trades as well, I think 2014 Q1 will be very interesting. If payrolls keep beating expectations I think you have to anticipate the fed speeding up the taper drastically so that stocks and bonds fall... giving the market some pain that way is much smarter than doing a slow taper that forces you have to hike rates very soon there after.

Well I would double up as well if I got any equity left .

I still consider this Euro strength as a result of inflow of foreign capital into Eurozone, which just received fresh liquidity boost into banking sector, which is going to flow to PIGS bonds, therefore temporarily solving main European problem - insolvency and debt spiral.

Screw short squeeze, you cant squeeze Europe. Its not only retailers, now those cash are already starting to flow into equities and southern bonds. Check Dax breaking highs. PIGS bond yields are going down, and thats all Euro sell. And btw, when is that debt ceiling negotiation in US congress? Could be USD buy? Imo bulls dont have much time to break highs.

Hope you guys are enjoying hollidays, I am just microshort and still pissed of. But it is getting better, hard to be pissed of while in such peacefull woods as where I am.

EUR firmly rejected 1.37 again...leaving a nasty 4H candle. Watch for 1.365 Pivot, momentum pushing below here may start an avalanche...

Only headline to watch for would be unemployment claims... Let's see what happens then.
