Just a matter of when.

Money, as has been mentioned is gone away for the holiday season, much the same as we seen for summer session trading. Static and Noise and then figure out if we are above support or below resistance when all players are back at the table.

My take on shit goes under a multi currency analysis, with any strength in EURUSD being attributed to the strength of EURO vs the Weakness of JPY.

That bitch could still climb another 500 and still not fill it's monthly topside, where as AUD/USD has conceivably has a fill back to .72 before it really needs to start to slow down.

The issue is, the other reactive pairs need to keep somewhat in balance. Strength of the Euro vs the Strength of the USD. The USD strength against all others.

There are checks and balances that we are going to see and as far as I am concerned, the EURO strength will show and EURUSD dragged northward as reaction, not by strength or merit.

I am actually teetering all of my trade analysies <-(this should be a word) around EURJPY. I will actually steer my bias based on it's movements and trade respective charts accordingly.

Currently, I have closed down my money to give it a rest for the break, but will be watching the H4 for directional guidance, into the New Year.

Fundamentals are tipping on greenbacks side once tapering starts it will continue.
Already bank of England announced their intent to lower the Pound and ECB prefers lower Euro as well so like Aussie wishes they will get their lower numbers.

The meaning of the break of UJ resistance 103.7 (last May high in 2013) is significant, and UJ is at multiple year high since 2009. Now 103.7 has been tested a day after the break and it holds, this opens up potential to 61.8 fib at 105.5, and further up to 110. Meanwhile UJ is in the support zone of the current market profile.

On the other hand, EJ is in the resistance zone of its current market profile. 143.4 is a resistance and 137 is a temporary support for it to dance in between for a few weeks. In any case if 143.4 resistance is broken, ~145 will provide a strong resistance above.

E/U = EJ/UJ, now it is up to you to calculate the possible range of E/U for the near future.

Lots of people talk about tapering and the Fed, but do not forget about Yen and its power in driving this market.

unless another big effort to drive it up, it is down in my opinion. It tried 3 times to go above the white line and failed.

Its a very importance level for the timing of the price, so bears are getting a bit shaky to short under it ... it will cause a problema tomorrow if they don't close NY session under it!

It might be coincident that the break of UJ 103.7 and tapering come at the same time. Before this UJ was held firmly below 103.7. Now the door seems opened for UJ to go further higher, and lots of potential upside.
Yen keeps breaking resistance of euro and pound, and only was held back by the dollar before. Now the gate is opened if UJ stays above 103.7
