No matter what PVSRA indicates, do as Master Sonicdeejay has said time and again, "Let the Dragon and PA show the way." This means if price is trending up, it is best to stick with long setups. If price is trending down, it is best to stick to short setups. If PVSRA agrees, great, that is confirmation. If PVSRA starts to disagree, and the trend is already mature, then the market might be shifting to the other side, but still........only trade per the trend, but with more care to TP and money management.

Well, it took awhile, and the road was bumpy due to the dirty, rotten, stinking, greedy, price manipulating, market corrupting banks (that have once again fully earned all these accolades), but..........told cha!

GU looking very much like its coming to the end of its accumulation phase and may be entering its distribution phase..
As seen on the M30 we can see a possible H&S formation setting up. On H4 are labelled Wyckoff's signs of a coming markdown. Given such high volume buying seen in the throwback it looks like MM's have brought up large during this time and are now ready to sell high before its mark down.
Look forward to seeing how this plays out this coming LS..any comments welcomed

Please, Do Not Keynote the H4 Time Frame

Master, you must,.......you really must,.......remember that H4 cannot,......repeat,.......cannot,......be used as a key reference time frame for a system to be applied equally internationally. Why? Simply because the H4 TF bar will be different for every broker that has a server running on a different time zone! And the difference between the H4 bars of such different brokers can be dramatic. Yours H4 probably did end up as a pinbar, but the one I show might be a bear engulfing once it completes.

H4 simply will not suffice. It can be so different from one broker to another, you couldn't have made a worse choice. In fact, you show FXCM in Sinagpore while I show FXCM in NYC. So, even the same broker can have different time zone based servers!

You must confine your keynote references to things that you find will show more equally for all brokers.

The same problem exists for traders that use pivots. It is why our SonicR Control Panel enables the user to select what time zone the pivots should be calculated from! We can do nothing for the H4 bar, unfortunately, without a period converter that is also time zone based selectable, which is too much coding work for something that will be cumbersome to use and most of the time not even that important.

Nice pull bk are support by dragon so far..

IMO.. SM uses FOMC to eat up weak shorts..

Market Comment

Sonicers, keep in mind that the big whipsawing the MMs pulled off yesterday happened well after the Asian session was closed. In fact, it happened on all pairs a couple of hours after the London session was closed! What does this matter?

I matters that you realize the Asian branches and the London (european) branches of the scumbag market corrupting big liquidity providing banks, and other MMs, might be looking to get some of the more advantageous prices back again for their own position building! They missed out when the scumbag US banks did their evil work. So today might be a continuation, to some extent, of that work by the rest of the scumbag banks around the world.

That prices might move on now to new territory might not be the MM's scheme for today. There is always Friday. There is always next week. There is always next year. Today might be just a day where the greedy banks force milk out of the cow until her tits are sore and she can't possibly give anything more except blood. But the banks, being as dirty rotten stinking greedy as they are, might go for blood, too.

The price ranges that prices have been in might be where they stay until into the New Year, as the evil greedy banks finish milking, maybe bleeding, and mopping up.

The bottom line is "Let the Dragon and PA show the way." And, since we are in the tail end of the year when some profit taking by banks might add to the factors affecting how price moves, be very watchful of TPs and money management.

GBPAUD Comment

Sonicers, not to lead you astray during the last two days this week, but think about this.....

GBP has been pumped up until there is no air left on the globe to pump it higher! AUD has been hammered down until the whole thru the earth has swallowed it and it is sticking out the other side! So, if GBP starts to retrace (weaken), and if AUD starts to retrace (strengthen)......

VERY well said TAH .. greed is the name of the game for these people running things and its important not to forget this is how they work.. Thank you also your reminder that this is the time of year where banks are in the process of closing down shop for the year and paying themselves out with their filthy money. Speaking of new year I'm in much anticipation of seeing if things will begin to turn with the US debt / fiscal cliff fast approaching..
Should be interesting, who knows, maybe we'll even see the Band-Aid on the 08 crash begin to peel its way off. As TAH always like to say, time will tell..

USD is In-Play for an Astounding Recovery!

Yep. And to see just how big a deal this is, look at the attached chart. You can see that the MMs drove price deep below the lower whole number yesterday to buy USD in large quantities,.....in favor of the Mexican peso!

We have the new high now. Still new highs are very probable targeting the 104.5 - 104.8 range.

Also note that the ideal top is around 106.3 based on the larger picture.

USDDKK Long Trade Opened:

Entered long #1, a Scout.

A first for me with this pair. Yesterday was an obvious torpedo job by the MMs to get longs at low prices. Now, today, the price has been brought down from the highs to below the next lower whole number, to an area of previous support. And the lower the price was taken, the more the trading increased, so this is an indication the lower prices are more popular, which in turn indicates the market is very bullish following yesterday's bull grab for cheap longs.

If you don't mind me asking, what reasons do you have to believe UJ may go higher?
To me UJ seems bearish, after MM's suckering in longs..Not to mention classic entry setting up..
