You are a pretty good trader and contributor to FF so do not get me wrong, I only wish the best for traders... But it seems you are quite to stubborn holding on to your longs...

I am pretty sure if you check out the Daily chart and 4 hr you too can agree that the price has been moving down very nicely from the 200 MA at 0.9750 area and if in fact, your theories about MM'S etc are correct, you can pretty much bet that they have been shorting the whole way down. Just notice the numerous "L shapes" (stairs/flags) or whatever you want to call it...

The question is, how much more can you buy and buy and buy and buy...and wait for it to finally move up...

The RBA "Talking Head" Can "Stick It"!

The Aussies never bitched when during 90%+ of the time AU was over $1.000 for the last three years! Now, all of a sudden, RBA wants a currency war and expects to enjoy 0.8500? What bull shit!

Yes, price could go to 0.8500, but just a part of market price manipulations for profits. Not as a mainstay price fix for the future.

Right now, my bet is,....as I have repeatedly posted with my DAY AU charts (go back and find them)...., on some upside. And this Triple Bottom is an auspicious formation with which to kick it off. It is the ultimate "Spring" in the Wyckoff Accumulation Phase of his market cycles teachings (see Wyckoff illustration and $SPX example below).

Furthermore, if this analysis is on spot, the greedy market is not Accumulating for some lousy 300 pips to take price back to the top of what might be the start of the Accumulation Phase. No! More like at least twice that, and maybe onwards of one thousand pips and more, before another down trend gets underway. Why not at least up to 0.9500 before starting it down to 0.8500? If the effort to get 0.8500 is in store, then at least freshly hike the price first to a level that will make it all worth the while! So, I see the possibility of at least a 600 pips run back up, first. The USD is not going to suddenly get that strong, just because that idea is planted in the minds of folks that listen to,.....to a friggin' banker, for God's sake!. If the USD becomes bullish, my bet is that it won't happen until 2014 is at least a month or two underway. Meanwhile, there is plenty of time for the market to run AU back up for the start of a new down trend when that time comes.

So, what better way to get everyone thinking "strong USD" and get on the long side of the USD here, and start shorting AU? What better way to bring in the liquidity "Smart Money" needs to build long for a nice upwards retrace? Sure! Get the "Talking Head" of RBA to utter something nicely worded.

I could be wrong about this. Have been before. It is how I see it, though.

Hello all, first, thanks to all contributing in this amazing trading system, especially to Master Sonicdeejay, TAH, Jrissa and Loeil......Since a month a go I have read this system thread and tried in simulator .......I find this system is very interesting and like to try in demo and will post it in this thread for sharing and support...thanks before

It is my first trade using this system, Long at M15.
Reason to trade :

1. Bouncing off lower trend line at H4
2. Pin bar at H4
3. price pushed below whole number at H1
4. Notable volume at M15 low
5. A-B-C formation at M15
6. Price above dragon and angled up
7. Price pushed below whole number twice at M15

What do you think Master Sonic or TAH ?

The Way the Market Works

When the market has decided to move price (example: on a trend up), how does "the market" get it's long positions? How does it create the liquidity to enable it to load up on longs before kicking the price up? Ever think about that? Is that what is going on with AU? Possibly.

Take a good look at the attached chart. This is similar to the Wyckoff Accumulation Phase of his Market Cycles teaching. It shows what he didn't teach about the Accumulation Phase, one of the mechanisms that makes it work!

You entered before the LS. Price is pulling back on you now. I agree with the trade direction, though. Usually, it is best to await the LS. Sometimes these Asian session pullbacks can end up creating a whole new setup for the LS, one with a better EP zone. Sometimes they can end up creating a whole new setup in the opposite direction!

Master Sonicdeejay recommends trading the LS, and it is why we have the Lo, Ny and Lc vertical lines on our template.

AU Comment

Still the most interesting pair to me. Yesterday, the after hours activity did not take the price below the whole number. It would just be too amazing for the MMs to have taken it this low and not complete the wack job by getting the price under the 0.8900 whole number to add more longs. It would be just too amazing if the dirty rotten stinking greedy price manipulating market corrupting banks do not have long orders sitting down there. So, I am curious as to what this last LS of the week will bring, what the market makers will do to finish the week with as much commissions as possible.

Thanks TAH...you are right, it is pulling back now before LS, I am waiting for LS open in the next hour.......What reason did you predict it was pulled back ?
