Have to be buying again. All timeframes green and tmrw is a Friday. I could see another good up day again tmrw.

4hr momentum just may continue marching and not pause at last week's high like it did earlier in the week.

This thing better get above 103.726 in a hurry because if it dosent this could be the start of a massive drop I'm seeing very serious bearish signals in the RSI and this could be an extended wave 2 which could see a possible projected drop to 87.851 for wave 3 if we can get over 103.726 then this could be the start of a wave 3 move to 120.859 this is critical point for USD/JPY it needs to get over 103.726 FAST or this could get extremely ugly for bulls. The question is if it drops can BOJ add to an already outrageous outlandish stimulus package to protect against it

Honestly, I'm not very good at ell.waves theory but drop to <90 is only theoretical. Maybe there will be some TP from the massive run up here but 87 ? I think that Abe & the crew would rather make a harakiri than allowing this to drop to sub 90.

Position Summary:

My NOV15 options expired a long time ago OTM, just haven’t made any trades in USD/JPY (6J) since the selling of the JAN03 pair.

My new position, which is the actual future and underlying of my sold options is to hedge against the PUTs going ITM, with the eventual chance (currently about 46%) of ITM settlement on January 3rd.

This is a 50% hedge, one sold future for 2 sold PUTs. If on January 3 we are ITM I will roll out and down the single non-hedged PUT (the other expires with assignment and delivery of the long future – so I become futures flat). If they are OTM they will both expire worthless, and I will evaluate my short futures position with regards to keeping or closing it out.

This is a risk-on trade, I have unlimited upside (downside in spot terms) loss potential, at least in theory. In practicality, and in my opinion we shouldn’t see sub-100 between now and January 3.

H4 is long on UJ, it may take a rest but it is not turning down for long...........
