Brokers do not care about us. They get paid win or lose. If you have lost 30K over the years, they have made 30K just on the spread. If you have Won 30K over the years, they have made 30K just on the spread. They win 100% of the time.............

I mentioned 1.36935 as my first to watch reversal point, however i argued its too early to talk about reversal ... now we are second day in trading, after the gap the lowest point till now is 1.36935 - once price touched it , it marked the beginning of the buying leg! ( resistance turning into support) so, till the number hold or more buyers appear above it , the music continues

After a whole week of utter crap in the markets, I've finally taken another position, this one short on EU. Daily charts though, expect the move to take a while.

Is any one watching the Nikkie ... two hard selling hours ?!

Anyway, i shorted the Aussie at 0.90900 , SL 0.91350 target open - just in case if i wake up to find the nikkie selling to the ground. That will take a toll on equity market tomorrow

So...you are wating for .36935 to be retouched, and only then you will go long?
When is it gonna happen? How much will you stand aside before retouch? Is that price written in stone? Or is it around there?

It's so hard to follow this without a picture. I always thought that this thread was about bringing together lots of traders that can exchange information.

By this i understand that you have never heard of ECN brokers. Never the less, if you bought 15 lots at the retest of december low (green circle) you would be right now 30k+- profit. Assume the spread is 2 pips(usual marketMaker) -> 15*2*10$ = 300$ wins the broker on that trade.

Hi, thought I should post it at both threads, as although this place should be interactive trading and not a school, it often is. And since I just got schooled, thought it may help some people here, so they wont make same fail.

I very facked up. You can see from these two posts actually. I have traded NFP, plan was set clear. Leverage up to 40:1 before release and if release below entry and I get number desired, I scale up and lock at BE.

Most traders do not trade like this. your example is a valid one, 95% of traders are the 5 to 35 pip traders and break even most of the time.

Retail traders over trade all the time and are not that discipline.....

Magix right. It is just myth. Truth is EU up, because of the sentiment of the market. Some retrace is due, possibly today.
