Nostalgia Classic

AUD high impact release in less than half an hour. Note the lower wicks in the PA wave. Note resistance ahead. The pair NU is already moving higher, but this pair is stalled, maybe for last minute consolidation (position building) before the release. Though we cannot know this, nor anything else, for sure.

AU Nostalgic Long Trade

Below whole numbers is a preferred place for the market movers to buy; to buy to close shorts and to buy to open longs. Yesterday the price was taken below the 0.9000 whole number and strongly rebounded, indicating lots of buying. Later, there were a couple of candles with long lower wicks, indicating the possibility the market went hunting stops on longs. All this was happening ahead of an AUD high impact release. We know that market movers probably already have knowledge of what releases will contain. And there is no law against "insider trading" in the forex market. To me, this all added up to a bullish situation. Therefore, with a Classic long setup at hand, when the price dipped again immediately following the AUD release, I entered long. No TP nor SL at this time.

EJ: PVSRA "Heads Up!"

The Asian session market movers took the price below the whole number again, the place market movers prefer to buy; to buy to close shorts and to buy to open longs. Now, the previous M15 TF closed as a bullish quasi-engulfing candle. The total candle spread extends beyond that of the previous. Only the close of this bull candle was just a bit lower than the open of the previous bear candle (give the market makers credit for exercising deception here). There is a Classic long setup forming.......

EU Potential H&S

Yes, not a pretty sight, but something that is possible nevertheless, with a target below 1.2900. This potential (not in-play until price breaks below the neckline) H&S pattern is pretty ugly, but still valid. More importantly, it fits exceedingly nicely to the existing PA and TLs confining this PA! This might be worth stronger consideration should EU drop below 1.3400, which would place this H&S formation in-play.

If you are one of the traders that has accepted possible takeover control of PA by the bears, this could be why.

If it breaks.. more snow ball effect with fast and furious action .. as last week longs forced to take profit..

Price has "tested" the resistance area and is backing off. This is a perfect move by the market movers to induce shorters to believe it is time to short, thereby giving the market movers liquidity for their long orders. It this what is really happening? Let's give this time, for only time will tell.

Another bullish move by the market movers to suck in longs to provide liquidity to add more shorts is not out of the question, though. And with such downside potential, what market mover would not want to add more shorts before a bear run for profits begins?

Nice sudden push of the price up thru resistance. Looks like the bull market movers are getting more aggressive. Let's see what they do with the half number S&R area just ahead. And, are they going to support the price now, or was this just one of those "lemme grab some longs" moments as they went up the cheque and took the long side of some pending short orders (shorts that will end up getting trapped if this keeps up)?

This is a pre-LS Classic long setup, with a PA multi-wave, and with all of this being centered on a whole number area. Nice, nice, nice. The Dragon is angled up and is above the Trend, which is also angled up. And PA is above both, with good bullish PA waves. But "yes", in spite of all these "goodies" the price could pull back. In fact, given the abilities of the market movers to do just that in instances where they smell profits to be make with a bull run, it should not surprise if they pull the price back down yet again to load up on more longs before they give this the upwards sendoff. What will happen? We cannot know. Only time will tell.

Just to clarify. I did not say that I know where will the price go, I said that it's possible to know it. I'm still a novice trader who is focussing in that area. It's all about study, practice and experience, as I said.

I always shared my theories here, but only because they were related with SonicR System. If I stopped doing it it's because of that, because they are not related anymore with SonicR System. But the fact is that once you know how the market works and how the big boys act, the only thing you have to do is to follow their track. Of course it's something you can't learn in a couple of months, but it's possible to learn.

Market moves in cycles, it doesn't matter what time frame are you looking because the market is fractal. Of course, the big guys have traps because if the market always moves doing the same everybody would win, but those traps are "easy" to find once you have your eyes trained.

It's important to understand that one thing is a system and other thing is to know how the market works. There is a lot of profitable systems, but if you don't know how the market works, your system will probably fail in the next months/years. There is a way to identify when a trend is technically broken, there is a way to identify traps and stop hunts and there is a way to identify market cycles. Please, do not say they doesn't exist only because you don't know it.
