Hope this 1.3580-1.3620 range can brew for a while longer, would be great if this will sit until london open, then can sell the break under 1.3580 and hope it runs. Otherwise sell the stop run above up above 1.3625

Okay the news is all out of the way now and any significant moves between now and London open are highly unlikely.

Oops. Maybe Kuroda will move the market a bit in 30 minutes, but I seriously doubt it will be much.

USD has taken a bit of a beating here, but I've been expecting this as a selling climax before the upcoming impulse upwards. This will also probably translate into a reversal/pullback in Euro and Cable tomorrow. Of course I don't have a crystal ball, so we'll have to wait and see.

Off to catch some sleep now. I'll be back for LO. G'night.

IMO the previously much abused voucher system was predominantly a "buddy/a$$ ki$$ing" system (with a few exceptions), whereas the new MIRS system may evolve into a form of "facebook" social system where the a$$ ki$$ing will be directed to groups instead of a few to boost a member's popularity..

Under the current inter-market alignment with Cable above 1.62, EURGBP above .82 & EURJPY above 135, our beloved Euro "Boomerang" has no choice but move side to up to the dismay of those trying to pick a M/T top..

London has opened, the FTSE100 is at range low and our first EZ data release looks weak

Spanish manufacturing PMI 48.6 vs 51.3 expected vs 50.9 prior

Cable looks like it has one more push upwards left in it as long as 1.6385 support holds. Therefore still holding long from 6242 and 6333

Euro on the other hand is out of gas, so I'm flat.

E/U key support is 1.3486 area. That is where the bull/bear battle will take place IMO. If the bears win that one, then the next stops are 1.3400, 1.3295 and 1.3088

PLayed the old breakout technique. max short at 1.3576, stop loss now at 1.3580. Anyone else got on board here in the last hour?

Would you be so kind to explain why euro didn’t like better PMI data? 30pips down after better data for EUR? I know Spain is down, but overall is up. I know H&S pattern, but it was Friday with S&P downgrading NL from tripleA. Also, better overall data for EUR (excluding GER) cross-outs rate-cut and additional stimulus programs for EUR that GER is against? I’m totally clueless with this move. I only regret closing short on Friday from 13610 I had.

The Euro has nothing to do with this move. This is USD bullish resurgence.

Even Cable with fantastic PMI is having a hard time staying up
And Aussie is starting to melt again.

I am waiting for bearish breakout confirmation below 1.3486. Then I will sell rallies.

What site is this data from bro? Just wondering because the FF calendar doesnt usually have that much data... especially from non G10.

Hey man also remember Germany and France both have flash versions of their data that are reported weeks earlier than these final prints you saw today. The effect is that the Spanish and Italian prints are 'new', (there is no flash print) and the German and French data is 'final' meaning that the flash print was a week or so ago. Nov 21 i think

Net net, new data introduced to the market was EUR negative because spain is slowing
