Trading Made Simple

Four H1 trades up to now today. Tried a TP of 50 pips and 100 pips, but.

EURUSD closed with +2 pips, because EU didn't want to go further up, than 20 pips.

EURJPY closed due to a lack of PA the last with about +28 pips

GBPUSD first short but then closed immediately after the setup did'nt work and turned against me. -5 pips.
GBPUSD 1st pos. closed after 50 pips
2nd pos. still running and unfortunately missed the 100 pips target by 1 pip. Looking now, as one pip after the other is melting away, I set stop to +50 pips and now I am further cogitating what to do with it (NY opening and news upcoming). I wait for NY opening and if price goes further down I will close it, if not I set my stop closer and wait for the US news at 14:30 GMT+1

I am lucky now, with some help from fxcodebase I had the chance to modify my from the HA derived and self adopted APB-indicator (for Trading Station II) so that the pricebars are seen in an overlay mode, like it is possible in MT4. So now I can see the real open and close prices prices on the APB chart and must not look on a standard candlestick one in parallel.

I am just getting started with this TMS system and will Demo it for a good long time until I find consistent results. Its really looking promising and I have enjoyed reading the posts. Hopefully I can become a regular contributor here when I get more proficient at it. I have taken several trades over the past week and have been profitable so far over all. Last night was one of my best trades so far. I took the gbpjpy for 134 pips. Looking forward to many more and learning from all of Attachment 1320076you here who have become successful at it.

Currently also short eurgbp and up 31 pips with trailing stop above BE.
Closed one eu H1 trade for +50
other is still running on H4 stop at BE.

Closed eurgbp trade for 15 pips which may turn out to be an early exit. I exited based on the 1H chart green line starting to cross back up while on the 4H chart green is still descending. Is there a consensus here about taking trades for example on the 4H chart and exiting on the 1H indicator? Or do you stick with the time frame you entered the trade on?

+100 on EUR/NZD this afternoon, nice move up on h1 tdi coincided with it closing above the resistance line I had there, h4 tdi was also moving up.

My H1-GBPUSD is closed meanwhile in 3 parts: +49 (1/2), +78 (1/4), +68 (1/4) pips

Tried immediately a short, but I think it was a too late entry regarding the TDI cross happend on the blue candle and we are on a retracement/countertrend which doesn't really move any more downwards in nearly an hour. -> so I closed it half an hour later B/E.

On H1-EURJPY it seems that I had to be more patient. Now we reached the original 50 pips target. I closed it hours before with nearly 30 pips.
