My trading plan for now is as follows...

I have shorts at 1.3400 1.3450 I closed my short from 1.3550 earlier for +100 pips. I will take a heavy short above 1.3550 with SL above 1.3600. I will close all shorts on a break of 1.3700. I really like the way the daily and the 4h Are starting to look and fundamentally euro is going to get worse and worse.

Draghi was speaking to a German audience. He only said that to make them happy and apparently he did. I watched the feed and when he said "do not infer negative deposit rates", many audience members smiled.

My take on current EURUSD and GBPUSD :

Euro and GBP not doing as what most traders think they should be, i feel most traders are trying to short both these pairs, i think if we hold below yesterday high, then we could see a possible break of 1.3400 will this give a chance to go 1.3250 area again, break of 1.36 will turn back higher 1.38+

GBP is ranging 1.6250/1.5900 , but last break above 1.6050 is giving power towards 1.6250 a break of this level then we go 1.63/1.64 minimum!

so those who are SHORT these pairs then good stops should be around 1.36 and 1.6270

But short positions are dangerous, while prices are above 1.3400 and 1.6050

Very true, but this is where they offer the best RR.

Below those levels you'll be shorting from the middle of nowhere.

I Agree 100% on that , just saying its more probable to be correct shorting from the levels i mentioned.

But again for the best R:R current levels are also attractive too in their own right!

13 CONSECUTIVE (well, pretty much, 1 measly doji) 4H up candles...unfckingbelievable.

at the same time there's AUD-EUR 10y yield spread which is in a clear uptrend WHICH should reflect the value of money (currency).

You can't make this stuff up...thanks, Central Bank *****s
